If you’re in The STRAT SkyJump, this is a must-do experience! I just did the SkyJump and honestly, it’s one of the craziest adrenaline rushes you can get in Las Vegas. Standing at the top looking down is intense, but once you take that step off—it’s pure excitement all the way down. The staff was super professional and made me feel safe the entire time, explaining everything clearly and keeping the energy fun. The views from the top of the Stratosphere Tower are unreal, especially seeing the whole city before the jump. Definitely not for the faint of heart, but if you’re looking for something unforgettable, this is it. I’d 100% do it again!

WOW I wish I could give more stars . The staff was so amazing on 4/25 I scheduled a jump and I had a great time ! What stood out to me the most was the wonderful staff , I could tell they were having staffing issues because people were out but they were all WORKING TOGETHER , COMMUNICATING , ALL IN A GOOD MOOD , young people working properly and organized was so nice to see there was Clem , Liset , a young man working the desk who helped me with my cameras / the glasses that weren’t connecting so we went with a different camera, the young lady who strapped me up & the two woman at the top were phenomenal I will definitely be coming back !! Thankyou so much !

Everything so far has been seamless. I am waiting to go up, so I can't speak for the drop... update to follow Well, I thought things were good on the ground. They were even more amazing once we got moving. Everyone on the staff took great care to make sure that every safety feature was in place, checking and double-checking EVERYTHING. For someone who does not like heights, I never doubted my safety one bit! The jump...well, that surpassed all expectations and was absolutely the most amazing thing I've ever done! Thank you, SkyJump, for the great opportunity and for making sure that every step along the way was very memorable

I really got my moneys worth at the Skyjump, it took a lot of guts and bravery, especially when I got to the top. I loved it. Everyone was very thorough in making sure I was safe and secure in my jumpsuit and that I was pumped for the risk I was about to take. Now that I have it on video, I can prove to everyone that I jumped off one of the tallest towers in the world. Would I do it again on my next trip? Yes I would. I really enjoyed it all.

Horrible customer service. While they may see jumpers all day long, and get tired of us tourist, but for us we don't get to do or see this everyday. You may not like us tourists but you definitely like our money. Your attitude and lack of customer service ruined a memorable moment for us. Not worth the time or money. Sent an email to the address indicated in your reply, still awaiting a resolution. While at the sky jump, they have kids running the attraction and do not give direction or any instruction. My daughter was doing the jump as this is her first time I purchased the 360 video , a t-shirt to remember this as her first jump. we asked them 3 times if they were going to let us know when she jumped, they said that they would. we waited in the waiting area patiently and I even asked a girl named Lisset again if they will let us know when my daughter was going to jump. She stated that she would let us know, and about a minute later my daughter came in and had finished her jump. This is upsetting that we missed her first jump ever and didn't get to see her first reaction. I feel robbed of the opportunity to witness a memorable event in my child's life. This may not be as important to them as they work there everyday, but to parents that want to see their child do something that is daring and challenging is important was important to us. Their solution was to wait again in line and (about an hour to jump again) we didn't have the time to wait and more importantly the first jump was missed, that reaction on my daughters face will never be experienced again. Then after that whole issue, we got to the Observation deck and we had 3 passes for my wife, my other child and myself. We get across the hotel to go up to the observation deck and we were told that the combo pass that we bought for my daughter that was jumping, would need a validated pass for the observation deck from the sky jump. They would not let her up to the observation deck. They wanted us to go back to the Sky Jump and get the proper validation. At that point I had it with this whole establishment. I had them bring over a manager (Armando) who took our statement and told us to contact Group On, as this was purchased by a 3rd party and we would have to go to them for any refunds. I have already left a review in google in regards to the sky jump and plan to contact my influencer colleagues to put out content about their lack of customer service.
