  A wonderful hotel. The star of the show is the staff - an exceptional group of hospitality professionals that go to any length to make your stay a memorable experience. The property is clean and peaceful - the pool is terrific. Special thanks to Asia and Denise for taking such wonderful care of us, and a tip of the cap to the “donut guy” at the breakfast buffet - he’s awesome.

  Everything was great for our stay in till I got locked out of my room .. 5 maids on the floor and not one of them could confirm my identity to allow me in the room had to wait for 15 minutes to get in my room and they even keyed the rooms to be sure this would not be an issue. I had to be somewhere within an hour and they ate up 15 minutes of my time . I had to call the front desk again or I would still be standing outside at my door . Not a great way to get a great review..

  Best hotel experience we ever had! From the Valet to the concierge to the Vreandah to the room staff. All were friendly, customer oriented and needs are met with super customer service that is out of this world. We will definitely come back and use their amenities. Robert the parking valet attendant and greeter is efficient, including Mark. Gamini the Bell Man took care of luggage with care. Verandah staff Ben, Keoni, Anthony and Karina have very excellent manners and customer care staff. Food was awesome - compliments to the Head chef and his staff and of course Iad the Verandah General Manager. Spa staff were also phenomeal Mika and Tony! There is also a filipina staff that noticed we needed a shoe bag without even asking she managed to catch up to us at the 35th floor elevator area to give us the bag (forgive me, I forgot her name-I think her name starts with an A). Overall we are happy and we are coming back to use their service. Thank tou four seasons and great work hotel team!

  Quiet, Reserved, and Elegant After a lively stay at the Palazzo, we moved to the Four Seasons for the final two days of our Christmas trip to wind down.The Four Seasons is a beautiful boutique-style hotel that offers a much more sophisticated and low-key experience than the typical Vegas mega-resort. We stayed during Christmas time, and it was the perfect escape from the holiday crowds. We loved the layout—especially the easy access to the bar, coffee station, and spa. The atmosphere is a bit more formal (some might say stuffy), but it was the perfect place to relax after a busy week. The views from our room were incredible, capturing both the sunrise and sunset. If you want a quiet, professional atmosphere, this is it. If you want bustling action, this isn't the spot. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.
