I recently stayed at Wynn Las Vegas and overall the property itself is beautiful, clean, luxurious, and exactly what you expect from a high-end resort. Dining was a highlight of the trip. We went to Delilah and it was a great experience with amazing atmosphere, live entertainment, and attentive service. The only downside there is the strict no-photos policy, but a helpful tip is that if reservations look full, check again the day of because seats do open up if you’re flexible.
The biggest issue was the booking situation, which was honestly very frustrating. I specifically booked and paid for an Encore room, but upon arrival I was assigned a Wynn room instead because Encore was sold out. I spoke with Nick at the front desk about the issue, and while he was polite, I was essentially told I would just need to accept the change. I didn’t do anything wrong, I reserved and paid for a specific product but yet I was left trying to figure out how to get some sort of credit or resolution instead of the hotel proactively making it right. I even spoke with Nick at the front desk who said they could upgrade me at Encore for an additional $200 since the room category I booked was sold out, when all I wanted was the room I had already paid for.
Wynn rooms are still very nice, but the handling of this situation fell far below what I would expect from a five-star resort. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with great dining, but the lack of accountability around the booking error took away from the experience.
Walking into Wynn Las Vegas feels like stepping into a world where elegance and excitement tango under crystal chandeliers. From the moment you cross the threshold, there’s a refined buzz in the air — sleek design, impeccable service, and a casino floor that hums with possibility.
🎲 The Blackjack Experience
If you’re a blackjack enthusiast, the Wynn is a serious destination. The tables here aren’t just games; they’re stages where skill meets serendipity. Dealers are polished and professional, the chips whisper with promise, and the energy around the tables is elevated but never pretentious.
And yes — winning at the blackjack tables here feels extra sweet. Whether you’re capitalizing on a perfect split, catching a lucky bounce, or patiently building a streak, there’s a real sense of momentum. A few hands in and you start to understand why regulars return: the rhythm of the cards, the camaraderie with fellow players, the delightful “click” of chips stacking up — it’s addictive in the best way.
Some nights you’ll walk away feeling like you’ve decoded the dealer’s smile. Other nights you’ll savor the near-misses and the stories they create. Either way, each session has its own narrative arc, and the Wynn floor sets the perfect stage.
🍽️ Beyond the Tables
Outside the casino, Wynn delivers on every front — Michelin-worthy dining, elegant bars, plush rooms with views that stretch to the Strip and beyond, and service that feels intuitive without being intrusive. It’s Vegas luxury dialed up another notch.
⭐ Final Verdict
Wynn Las Vegas is where style meets substance. The blackjack tables offer not just games, but memorable wins and stories, wrapped up in an atmosphere that’s as classy as it is electric. Whether you’re a serious card player or a visitor looking to test your luck, this is a place worth pulling up a seat.
I went on a solo trip to Vegas as a single female. I've been to other hotels like the Venetian, Palazzo, Bellagio, Caesars, and this by far was my worst stay. Don't get me wrong, I've been looking forward to stay at Wynn for a verryyyy loong time! The hotel itself looks amazing plus the shops and some restaurants are top notch. But the rooms and suites are ordinary (except the paintings they were exquisite) or they probably cater to older people. The location is not that convenient depends if you want to go to other clubs or explore the strip. The bell desk and room service were great but others were lacking, the tech wasn't working properly too at the time so I didn't have that much of a smooth or seamless experience. I didn't have to reach out to the Concierge cause I kinda know my way around so not sure about the services they provide. I enjoyed going nonetheless!

When we arrived at the hotel, the person checking us in informed us that our room that we had reserved was not available, and that the hotel was fully booked. He stated the only room that he could offer us was a room on the smoking floor. We were forced to accept it since we had no other options. They promised the room reserved would be available first thing in the morning and that did not hold true were able to get into our room after stopping at the reservation desk four different times. Needless to say the night that we stayed in the smoking floor room very uncomfortable, the room smelt horribly of smoke, was very musty and it aggravated my husband‘s allergies. We were offered $100 in food & beverage credit, and when we went to check out, the credit was not on our account. After explaining the situation to the attendant, he applied it to our account.

I visited the Wynn several times during my stay in Las Vegas, to explore the gardens, visit the pool, and dine at different restaurants, including the gardens, terrace, and café areas. I also came on another day just to walk around and experience the hotel itself. In total, I visited at least three times.
Out of all the hotels I visited in Las Vegas, the Wynn is without a doubt the best when it comes to human service and staff quality. You can find employees everywhere, always ready to help with directions, restaurant recommendations, and general information.
What truly impressed me is that I do not speak English, so I was constantly using Google Translate. Every single time, the staff patiently spoke into the translator, waited for the audio to load, made sure I understood the directions, and guided me step by step. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism were exceptional.
I also visited other famous hotels such as the Bellagio Hotel, The Venetian Las Vegas, MGM Grand Las Vegas, and Caesars Palace Las Vegas, and while they are all impressive, none of them offered the same level of attentive, warm, and well-trained service as the Wynn.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves recognition. The team is extremely well trained, genuinely helpful, and makes guests feel welcome and cared for at all times. I highly recommend the Wynn to anyone visiting Las Vegas.
