  The rooms were nice and accommodating. The front desk staff was friendly. The resort is quite a distance from the strip so you can either catch a cab or pay to park at the casino's.

  I am writing this review to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with our recent week-long stay at your resort. What was intended to be a relaxing and private getaway was, unfortunately, marred by a persistent pattern of unsolicited disturbances and a concerning disregard for guest privacy. Throughout our stay, we experienced almost daily instances of staff members knocking on our door. These visits were entirely unrequested, as we had made no service calls, lodged no complaints, nor caused any disruptions that would necessitate such frequent checks. Furthermore, the disruption was compounded by receiving phone calls to our room, often twice a day, which we found highly intrusive and frustrating. However, the most egregious and unsettling aspect of our experience involved multiple instances where staff members insisted on entering our room, even after we explicitly communicated that we were not prepared or dressed for visitors. The staff's persistence, despite our clear verbal refusals, was a significant breach of our personal privacy and created an extremely uncomfortable and vulnerable atmosphere. This unwillingness to accept a polite 'no' to entry, particularly when our state of dress was compromised, is deeply concerning and completely unacceptable for any reputable establishment. This consistent pattern of intrusive and disrespectful behavior completely undermined any possibility of a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We left feeling far from refreshed and deeply disappointed by the lack of respect shown for our privacy and comfort.

  For a staycation Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort had super exceeded my expectations. I cannot remember the lady from the first night but the second night Ms. Ruby was amazing and sweet and instantly remembered me during checkout. Westgate made everything easy and with the cheapest resort fee in Vegas it's a hard way to say no to this resort!!! Staycation are the best when you pay less for your stay ❤️

  Booked a hotel everything paid and confirm 10days before our vacation date they call and say we don’t qualify for the room do not do their preview rate it’s a scam Chris the worker over the phone did not care at all he was the one who made the reservation in September said we qualify paid $800 full amount only for it to be December 9th our trip is December 19th and tell us we no longer can get the room and cancel and have to wait 10-14 days for refund very inconvenient very unprofessional stayed here two years ago for my baby moon never again already making sure none of my family who often come to Vegas never reserve here again unprofessional and didn’t even give me cancelation confirmation he just said have a nice day nothing we can do on our end
