We made an honest mistake and booked the wrong dates. We reached out to Tru by Hilton immediately to fix it — they refused to change the dates and kept our full $500, even though we never stayed there. Zero flexibility. Zero customer service. Zero effort to help. We spend roughly $5,000 a year at this hotel, and they still wouldn’t work with us over a simple date error. If you’re thinking of booking here, just know: one small mistake = your money gone.

Currently as posted on the HILTON app and website… the Property is under remodel construction ( It’s Nov 19 2025 ). That only affects available rooms. You would not really know any work is being done… but it is I like this place for its locale… it’s Quiet… traffic is almost non existent It’s close enough to many places and it’s off the Strip. The Airport Shuttle is perfect for me when I head out to work. I stay here, shuttle to the airport and I don’t have to drive. Always Clean .. the Decor is modern pop … the pastels are bright yet calming The staff know me as I use the Tru by Hilton a lot here recently.

Great location and very friendly front desk staff. However, it took 45 minutes for the airport shuttle to pick us up, even though it’s supposed to run at the top of every hour. We flew in late and specifically chose this hotel for the shuttle, so waiting that long was frustrating since we were only staying a few hours to sleep. The room itself was kind of dirty and not very well maintained. Overall, it did the job in a pinch, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

First but not least, every guest facing person I interacted with was great! If you are management, you should be kissing the cheeks of your great guest facing team members. They were the only positive of my stay. Regarding everything else: EEEP! The bathroom's bottom of the walls were frayed, cracked and broken. The shower...oh God, broken tiles with mildew growing in the cracks and corners and I stopped counting after seeing five assorted other ppl's hairs in it. It took 29ish minutes just to rinse off due to lack of water pressure. Also, protip: adults don't like smelling like sweet lemon sherbet after they shower. The bed...oh God, how I wanted to go Office Space (destroy) to the mattress. It was like a piece of plywood with assorted rocks on top. This one was memorably bad. The icing on the cake was the loudest, most annoying sounding climate control system I can remember. I sleep with a rain sound track on a portable speaker all nights, even on the road. It does a great job of drowning out extra noise 99% of the time. Even on full blast, the climate control system drowned it out. Oof is all I can say.

Locations ok - managers running three motel same time so he or she has no time - if u coming with family this is not the right place Small are very small , hardly fits two bags in king size room - every 20 min you will hear the flight noise. Can’t sleep - bedsheets and pillow covers are very old they are not replacing as per the Hilton standard - they don’t serve breads in the breakfast as the front desk told us , if u trying to get help for breakfast lady at the front desk very rude and not helping the customer - elevator are dirty. NOV 1 2025 experience sharing with all the guest , decided is all yours - yes lots of parking space
