My worst hotel experience in a long time. There's only one person at the front desk and when I arrived a big group was there to check in so it took a little over an hour for me to even get to the point where I could check in. When I was finally able to check in, I was told that it wasn't possible for others to make bookings for me without apparently filling out a form or being there with me so this definitely isn't the best hotel for business trips. The location is horrible. I lost my charger at work and since the front desk didn't have any I had to walk 20 minutes to the nearest store with a charger. The breakfast also starts and ends extremely early so I missed out on that too. The rooms were average, no major complaints there, but I've had better service experiences in beat down $50 hotels.
MYRA at the front desk is the the worse customer service that you can ever imagine. Mike the general manager was ok but still couldn't resolve my issue.
We stayed 3 Nights here and have tried many other Hilton properties in Vegas and this Tru is absolutely the worst. Our room wifi did not work even if we want to upgrade. Was on phone with them for 2 hours just trying to resolve Internet issues on my vacation but No one could fix.
Went to ask Myra if we could do a late checkout even if we had to pay extra But was given a run around by Myra who just went back immediately to shopping online on her desk and texting on her phone while telling me that she would get back to me with an answer.i Had to come down 3rd time to ask her and THEN she tells me no, pathetic.

She should be housekeeping as she has no front desk skills at all.
Elevator floors are dirty like a Walmart and the bathroom wallpaper just falling off. Disgusting

Very disappointing hotel. Booked this one over a different one just because of the free airport shuttle. What isn’t advertised is that the shuttle only goes every hour and only holds 11 people. We tried to book the day before but it was already full unless we went at 3 am, 3 hours before our flight. Stay at a better hotel for the same price. You’ll have to take an uber anyway.

Receber o booking com mais de duas semanas de antecedência, para Alugar 2 quartos para pais e filho e depois, no check-in, com a prepotência de quem não deveria estar no atendimento, dizer que não tem quartos sequer no mesmo piso e ok, está resolvido, sem necessidade de mais explicação ou sequer de perder tempo para acomodar o nosso pedido, é no mínimo próprio de hotel de esquina e não do grupo Hilton…
Quartos de baixa qualidade, sem grande conforto para o valor cobrado… se puder, procure um Fairfield!

Night hotel before we caught a flight at LAS. Priced reasonably but if this is the new hotel of tomorrow then Hilton is heads in the wrong direction.
TV didn’t work, went to desk and the guy came up and got it turned on but it’s still has problems. Tried to tell the clerk when I checked out and she was t listening and quickly ignored me.
The breakfast is just plastic (fake), fake eggs, steamed sausage patties. Pancakes that came out of a machine when you waved your hand and the. Find out they are strawberry.yuck. Yogurt in a pour machine where you pushed a button. Ran English muffin through toaster 4 times, told the attendant, she fooled with it, still didn’t toast. Coffee was ok but all plastic creamers. Fruit consisted of apples, oranges. Fake egg patties? Ok you get the idea.
Does offer shuttle on the hour but it 1010am and no shuttle yet so don’t cut the flight too close. Hilton, rethink this idea especially the breakfast.
