- AKAndreas Kupfer6 days ago4.0Wir waren für 2 Nächte (über Silvester25) im Tru by Hilton. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Zimmer war recht schlicht, aber ordentlich und sauber. Das Bad war angenehm groß und etwas chicer als die meisten amerikanischen Motel/Hotel. Die Zimmer waren leise und die Betten bequem, wir hatten sehr gut geschlafen. Einzig die Heizung nervte extrem, da diese richtig laut war, egal wie man diese einstellte. Diese mussten wir über Nacht abstellen, sonst wäre kein Schlaf möglich gewesen (Zimmer 332) ! Das Frühstück ist qualitativ ok gewesen, aber nicht wirklich vom Angebot her, da es wirklich sehr überschaubar war. Hier bieten teilweise gute Motels bedeutend mehr Auswahl ! Das komplette Personal ist einfach nur Spitze, alle sind sehr fleissig, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war immer und überall sauber, beim Frühstück wurde ständig aufgefüllt und alles sauber gehalten; wirklich ganz toll ! Parkplätze sind kostenfrei und mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Für uns war ein riesen Vorteil, dass der Rental Car Return keine 200m entfernt war. Daher hatten keinen Anreise-Stress bei der Rückgabe unseres Mietwagens ! Auch die Lage des Hotels allgemein ist sehr gut; z.B. dauert die Fahrt zum Strip keine 10 Minuten. Direkt vorm Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle, von wo man aus schnell in die City kommt. Auch bietet das Hotel für alle Gäste einen kostenlosen Airport-Shuttle an. Wir können das Tru by Hilton empfehlen und würden hier wieder buchen; ein stimmiges Gesamtpaket 😃👍🏼

The heater was dated and loud, the plugs weren't updated and couldn't hold anything heavy, they didn't have any USB plugs. The TV was nice and bed wasn't terrible. It is close enough to the airport that you can hear the airplanes. They do have quiet hours, which was nice. Breakfast was nice as well.

We loved the lobby area and there are board games there to use! This was 2 to 5 miles from all the places we needed to go which was great. It wasn't to noisy either!
- MRMiguel RamosJan 3, 20261.0spent 4 days here & honestly EVERYONE’S frustration every morning was that both toasters didn’t work. literally bread was half of the offerings for breakfast.. and with that it was only plain bagels & English muffins.. aside from that eggs & coffee were the other offerings.. that’s it!! No problem either way that but how can you eat cold English muffins or bagels?! Hilton can get a cheap $12 toaster from Walmart or Amazon & serve its customers. No one understood why such a simple but essential thing wasn’t fixed day after day.
