The place is old, poorly maintained, and practically unattended. Everything feels neglected — from the facilities to the staff’s attitude. I bought tickets for the Big Shot ride, and nobody ever mentioned the closing time. When I finally went up at exactly 10:00 PM, they refused to let me ride, claiming it was already closed. No refund, no apology — just terrible service. Honestly, you can get the same view (or better) from your own hotel room without throwing your money away on this rundown place. Save yourself the disappointment — the STRAT Tower is not worth it!
