  Been here since June of 2025. This place feels more like an apartment complex than a 'Weekly' hotel or motel. Rooms come furnished. Pools clean. Security keeps most of what riff raff there is on the other side of the gates. You need a background check to get in. Bus routes in each direction to take you anywhere you need. Gas stations fast food and an Albertsons are within walking distance. Laundry rooms on site.

  This place has to be the biggest scam in Vegas lmao the fact they are trying to sue my wife a year later over damages that wasn’t there in on top said she was evicted from the property but moved out two days before rent was due they even verified that she was a great tenant for her new apartment so why try in sue her a year later lol our lawyer was smiling ear to ear when we showed him this lmao this counter suit looks so good right now just remember sportsman man lie woman facts that you can prove don’t so for people planning on moving take as more pictures and videos you can because this can happen to you cover yourself

  Let’s break this down (it’s going to be a long one) Lived here for 2 years (1 of those years being during the pandemic) and let me tell you. If this is your last hope. If this is your 100% LAST OPTION BEFORE THE STREETS TAKE IT! If you have other options DO NOT TAKE IT. The entire time living here it feels like you walk on eggshells because if you do anything wrong they WILL evict you for ANY AND ALL reasons. It didn’t happen to us but it did to so many others. So I am warning you - be ready to maybe have an eviction notice on your door. The lady that works at night (if she’s still there - you know who you are) she is HORRIBLE. Had until 11:59pm to pay rent and because she was on a power trip wouldn’t let us pay causing a late fee to occur. The next day a manager called us and apologized and removed the late fee then let us pay. She will play with your livelihood watch out. I used to know a lady who worked here and also lived here and she was unjustly fired and then evicted- THATS CRAZY! My dog got attacked here by 2 untrained dogs - WATCH YOUR DOGS! WATCH YOUR SURROUNDINGS! Big aggressive dogs off leash and no management doesn’t care :) Dog poop EVERYWHERE!!!!! Saw a huge security guard get on a small lady and tase her A man in the parking lot asked me if I could sell him heroin Our downstairs neighbor lost his ever loving mind every time we walked around - to be fair the walls are paper thin. We heard EVERYTHING!!!! Kids knocking on your windows to mess with you - running down the halls playing too Dumpsters overflowing + trash everywhere because people throw their trash in the from second and third floors and if it misses don’t care. Laundry rooms were literally closed every month - dryers barely worked WiFi was $13 a week for ONE device This place is literally in my nightmares and when old photos of my time living here resurface I physically feel sick. This place was so easy to get into I thought I hit the jackpot I did not. I sped away from this place the day I was finally able to break free.
