The controlled descent was fun. But when I came to end I really jerked. So I was unable to land on my feet. I fell to my hands and knees. Which I didn't like or expect.

I couldn't do it, the view was nice but the thought of this terrified me once I got up there.

Bad experience, would not recommend this place at all.
Ground staff was rude and told me that i cannot use my own meta glasses to record the video and need to rent the same thing. The lady told me i have to pay $50 even if i want to use my own glasses to record. It doesn’t matter if you want to use their or personal. She rudely said i can cancel my reservation and lose money if I don’t want to do that.
Very Hard landing : fell on my knee and had a big bruise. ( i did followed the instructions to bend knees and squat when landing on the surface )

My first time in Vegas since 2017. This was on the top of my list of things to do. This trip was all about experiences, and I would rate this #2 on my trip. Only topped by the helicopter and boat tour of the Grand Canyon. It did not disappoint! I opted for the 8pm Happy Hour deal. Why not save 20% and see the views at night! I only wish the drop was longer. SO MUCH FUN!!! The team was on point for safety; I think I went through 4 safety checks to ensure all was good.
