Crowded, and had too wait way too long for a drink at the bar. Games were worn and needed a clean-up. Place was overall way too small.

We came today with our daughter who has been wanting to go and recently turned 21. Much to our surprise, they allow kids under 21 until 7pm. Absolutely AWFUL. It was nice having an ADULT PLAYGROUND to play at. Allowing kids RUINED IT. The place was packed with kids and lines were so long to every place BECAUSE OF THE KIDS. The staff is WONDERFUL, 10 out of 10. Allowing kids? 0 out of 10.

Especially, the velcro bullseye. Looks easy...very deceiving. We gad a lot of fun. Locals discount is totally worth it and you get to play everything and get a fre drink with the VIP pass.

His calm demeanor and genuine concern for our family made us feel truly supported. Thanks to his quick thinking and problem-solving skills, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a positive and memorable experience—he quite literally saved our day. CJ’s work ethic is outstanding. He demonstrated strong leadership, accountability, and a customer-first mindset that is increasingly rare. His ability to manage an unexpected issue with grace and compassion reflects extremely well on Play Playground as an organization. Five well-deserved stars for CJ.
