  Sin exagerar, ha sido el mejor museo que he conocido. Madame Tussauds Las Vegas es una experiencia espectacular de principio a fin. Cada figura está increíblemente bien lograda, con un nivel de detalle que realmente impresiona y hace que te sientas frente a las personas reales. Lo que más me encantó es que no es un museo para solo mirar: es interactivo, divertido y pensado para que disfrutes cada espacio. Puedes tomarte fotos, reírte, sorprenderte y vivir momentos únicos en cada sala. Todo está muy bien organizado y el recorrido fluye de manera natural, sin sentirse pesado ni aburrido. Además, el ambiente, la iluminación y los escenarios hacen que cada sección sea especial y memorable. Es una experiencia perfecta tanto para adultos como para familias, y sin duda una parada obligatoria si visitas Las Vegas. Salí con la sensación de haber vivido algo diferente, entretenido y muy bien hecho. Totalmente recomendado; volvería sin pensarlo.

  Very impressive, there is a lot of talent, time, and energy put into these creations. Jimmy was a great help and made sure we knew what package we purchased so we could take full advantage of what was offered. We would have missed out on the 4D experience if Jimmy didn’t help us. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful.

  We had a fabulous time on our visit today. We were assisted with our pre purchased tickets and were allowed access immediately. Photos were taken and we began our tour. While viewing the exhibit we were approached by Jimmy who offered to take our picture. He was friendly and kind. A great quality for employees today. We were then greeted by him again at the Marvel 4-d movie. His enthusiasm and personality shined in this role. You are lucky to have such an amazing employee on your staff! Thank you Jimmy for a memorable visit!

  We visited Madame Tussauds Las Vegas along with the gondola ride, which we booked through GetYourGuide, and it was such a nice experience! The scenery was beautiful, the wax figures were fun to see, and the gondola ride itself was very cool and relaxing. The gondolier (boat rider) was absolutely wonderful. Her name is Patricia, and her voice was incredible. Truly opera-level! She was so kind, engaging, and made the ride even more special with her beautiful singing. Overall, it was a memorable experience and a great addition to our Vegas trip. Highly recommend!

  Your museum was fun and once there, we enjoyed ourselves BUT the problem was getting to your museum. It was not ADA friendly at all! I’m handicapped but can do stairs very slowly and in pain with my cane. I was in my transport chair with my husband attempting to get to your museum. No way to get there except climbing a flight of stair up and then down to get to your box office area and entrance. My husband had to carry my transport chair. I can’t do escalators either but they weren’t working anyway! If I couldn’t do the stairs, which is a real problem for me, I don’t know how I would have made it and since I already had the tickets, that would have been a loss and disappointment since it was our Anniversary. This was on Nov 18th. Trying to get back to The a Venetian created more of a problem for me. It was really upsetting. Your website states that your museum is ADA friendly but never mention that getting there wasn’t. I would love to take my daughter and grandkids but I don’t need the drama or aggravation again. It worn me out and ruin my day.
