The hotel is great. Good location. Value pricing. Parking is a little limited. Had set up meetings to be in lobby. Guest parking is difficult. My issue is staff attitude. Its awful. Latoya at front desk is the worst. Several run ins with her. I asked at 8 am to have room cleaned. At 5 pm still not clean. It was important to me. Staff was more concerned about schedule and breaks. A loyal Hilton customer means nothing. These place is good. But customer service takes it to poor. Better options near Strip

LaTonya is amazing. She made check in feel like I was walking into my own home. Whatever she is getting paid she deserves double. We had a great stay over New Years weekend. Will definitely stay here again. Shoutout to LaTonya, the best Hilton employee in the nation!

I have great and worse reviews. Check-in was nice and smooth. I had a flight canceled and I was given a voucher for hotel, food and transportation. I was told that I can stay until 7pm because of "distress passenger" so I was content until the next day. I was rushed to get out the room. I spoke to the asst manager Barrett and he was to the point rude and arrogant. Meanwhile the lady that registered us and gave us keys, Latanya J. was incredibly helpful, polite and was trying her best to get my voucher extended. She was amazing! We tried 3xs to get my voucher extended. The 1st call it was "granted" but never got an email so that we can stay longer. Second time, denied. She went out of her way to keep trying and called the airline again so that I can speak to a manager. I can keep typing but long story short, Latanya was the best thing that happened to us this day. She tried her best and stayed concerned about our extension. If you ever come here deal with her she is AMAZING and very informative. She tells you what you have privilege to, what time is breakfast and even gives you a bag with 2 bottles of water. Who does this, I know!! It's Latanya J. I can keep commend her but you'll find out when she takes care of you. You won't be disappointed.

I arrived at the hotel at 2:45.I went to the front desk and asked if I could check in 15 minutes early, but she said"I can't do anything for you before 3pm."So I asked,"So it's not possible?"She repeated"I can't do anything for you before 3pm."I waited until 3:20pm and went back to the front desk. The woman I had initially spoken to just stared at me and didn't help me check in so I went to the woman next to her to try and check in.She told me"You can't check in right now, you have to wait. The room is being cleaned now, so you can't check in now.We can't give you a dirty room right?" “So you’d better be patient and just wait”I told her I was told I could check in after 3pm and she said"Just wait"I couldn't just wait because I had to go pick up my parents from the airport so I asked her if I could leave my luggage there. She said yes.I went to the airport to pick up my parents and came back to the hotel to check in.The woman at the front desk glared at me swayed her body, and hummed while checking me in very slowly. Then she gave me two key cards, and I asked her if you could give me one more there were four of us.She said no.I also asked if I could get two more bottles of water. She said no, it's two per room.I told her I booked for four people and paid for four people, and she yelled at me,"Absolutely not!" Another employee brought two more bottles of water from behind, but she snatched them away, yelling,"I can't give these to you!"and took them back. Then she came back to the front desk but finally she took it all, and I told her,"Okay then can you give me my luggage."She yelled at me and she said "I'll give it to you after I make a copy, wait! You're so rude!"and pointed her finger at me.Then she just shoved the key cards and parking pass at me without any explanation about the hotel or parking. My parents and my daughter witnessed all of this from behind me and deeply saddened by her shocking behavior and lack of service manners.I didn't want to cause any problems so I just went up to the hotel room.As soon as I opened the door, there was a mix of garbage and air freshener smells and the A/C Was off, making me feel like I was going to throw up. I turned on theA/C but the smell didn't go away for a whole day.The ice machine in the hallway wasn't working,The kitchen utensils were dirty and sticky, there was trash and dust in the drawers and cabinets, and the toilet wasn't working properly and got clogged and the body wash bottle wasn't refilled for me until I left. The pillowcases were queen-sized, but the pillows were king-sized, so the pillows were sticking out, and they were dirty. Both beds squeak when moved.TV wouldn't connect to my Netflix Fire TVStick, and I had to pay extra to watch Netflix using the hotel's set-top box. There weren't enough towels, and when I called to ask for more, they didn't bring them for over two hours, so I had to call again. She said they were washing the towels right now.The cleaning staff only came once during my eight-day stay and there was one extra roll of toilet paper, but the cleaning lady took it and left.So I called the front desk because there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and they said they would bring it shortly but they didn't for over an hour so I called again and she said they were eating and told me to either wait more or come down and pick it up myself. The rooms weren't soundproofed well and the noise of people jumping and partying on the floor above sounded like an earthquake in my room downstairs. The breakfast was much worse than other places I've stayed. And when I went to get coffee but there wasn't any,I told the woman working there that there was no coffee and she snapped at me saying"Enough!"and went inside. I've traveled a lot and used many hotels but this is the first time I've encountered such a dirty rude, disrespectful and racist place.I felt so sorry, apologetic and embarrassed for my parents who came all the way from Korea. This trip will remain a very traumatic experience for me and my family. $225 a per day, bottle of water less than 10 cents

I am a Hilton gold member. We were supposed to be staying at this property from 23 to 28 Nov 2025. We checked in late on the evening of 23 Nov 2025 after driving approximately 500 miles from Yosemite National Park. Everyone was exhausted on arrival. At the property, we were told by a jaded staff that the key card system was broken and we have to wait for our room door to be opened by a security staff each time we want to enter our room. No apologies. It was not his fault. The system was broken when he came on to his shift. So it was our fault - right? In the room, the mattresses were supported by a shaken bedframes, unlikely typical Hilton properties. The toilet bowl has stains in it - we were told that it was causes by the cleaning brush (scratches) and it was not human faecal material - which was supposed to be reassuring? Heating was temperamental throughout the night. The sound insulation was non existent as we could hear traffic noises throughout the night. We asked for a shuttle to the strip on the same evening. I had went to the adjacent Hilton Garden Inn a couple of minutes earlier and the staff said they could get the shuttle for us but since we were guests of a different property, they referred us back to Homewood. Met the same jaded staff who was too busy making small talk to the person in front of us. By the time he got to us, the shuttle had left and we were made to wait for another hour. Next morning, the keycard system was still malfunctioning. We had enough. We checked out 4 nights earlier and moved to Hilton Resort World. It cost us much lesser to get 2 rooms and was a thousand times much better in location, room quality and service. Lastly, don't bother to give me a link to Hilton support - I know it is absolutely unhelpful. Stay at your own peril in this property. Good luck if they can survive in its current form in Las Vegas.
