My wife and I have been staying in Hilton Homewood Suites for many years. We like to get the two bedroom suites because we have different sleeping habits and different television watching habits and these suites work well for us it’s like home away from home, anyway, we booked this Homewood Suites because we have been here before back in 2019 and it was fairly new back then and it was off the Strip but not too far so the location was perfect so when some friends wanted to come to a Monday Night football game we knew exactly where we were staying so I booked the room even though it was a bit expensive we paid an average of $500 a night for three nights. After traveling nine hours to get to Las Vegas all we wanted to do was get some rest and relaxation before we go to the game the next day, the first thing I do as always was check the televisions and out of the three tvs two were able to get the local and regular channels and one would only let me use the streaming services which I don’t use so I call down to the front desk and talked to the very nice lady that checked us in and she said give me ten minutes and I’ll come check it out I told her that I know a little about tvs what was she going to do maybe I can do it she told me to unplug the box behind the tv for three minutes and then plug it back up so I did and that didn’t fix the problem so I called back down and this time I got a hold of a very nice gentleman that came up and tried a few things and still no go, the nice fellow who name was Ryan told me that he was going to leave a very detailed message for the manager and he would have someone come fix the tv or they would put me in another room because they had none available. So we didn’t unpack we stayed Sunday night and I waited for a call from the manager the next morning. When it got to around 9:00 am I called down and asked to speak to the manager and I talked to a not so friendly fellow by the name of Branden or Brandon I don’t know anyway he told me that he was going to send a maintenance man up to look at the tv, A very nice fellow came up and tried a few things and couldn’t get going either so I told him to have the manager call me, I received a call from a young lady and she told me that my options were to go to a regular room or they can put us in two separate rooms but there are no more two bedroom suites available. I asked the young lady to have the manager to call me and make some adjustments to the bill or something because what being offered is unacceptable, we never heard another word from the manager. So much for being a Hilton Honors Member this manager only cared about getting our money, we paid over $1500. for a three night stay and I watched television on my IPhone, since I’ve been back home I have called Hilton and made a complaint they offered me $100. refund or 10000 points, again I told them that their offer was unacceptable and we’ll be looking to do business with someone else because I know that things happen because they have happened in the past but Hilton has always stepped up and made things right that’s why this is so shocking and frustrating, these folks don’t care. Nowadays all they just want is the money, I really hate severing ties with Hilton because we go to Orlando quite a bit and we have stayed with them in Savannah, Georgia, Franklin, Tennessee and we Always leave with a good feeling, Not this time, Times have changed, Hilton keep that little money and I’ve never used your points anyway, we’re NEVER coming Back.

New, clean, and convienient facility. $20/day parking, but convienient, shuttle to the strip. Professional staff, delicious breakfast. I usually opt for the $100/night hotels. My wife chose this one, only $130/night, and extremely satisfied. Fridge, microwave, sink, and stove. Just off the strip, but hardly any foot traffic, or car traffic.

Today is my third day here, and I’ll be staying for more than a week — honestly, it’s been great so far! From the moment I checked in, Gabriela at the front desk made me feel super welcome. She was calm, courteous, and very professional, exactly the kind of person you want to meet after a long trip. She explained everything clearly, made check-in quick and easy, and has been just as helpful and friendly every time I’ve seen her since. Big shout-out to her for her great attitude and customer service! The rooms are really nice and comfortable, way better than I expected. They come with a full kitchen, utensils, dishwasher, and everything you need, which makes it perfect for families or longer stays like mine. Housekeeping comes every other day and keeps the place clean and fresh. On Wednesday evenings (5–6:30 PM), they host a little social gathering in the lobby with free light bites, such a nice touch and a great way to unwind. There’s a fitness center, laundry room, and business center all open 24 hours, plus a pool open from 9 AM to 10 PM. The free breakfast is also really good, with plenty of options — weekdays from 6:30–9:30 AM and weekends from 7–10 AM. Parking is $20 per night, and if you’re bringing a pet, it’s $75 for 1–4 nights or $125 for 5+ nights. Overall, I’m really enjoying my stay here. It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The staff — especially Gabriela — make it even better. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Las Vegas!

I am a long-time Hilton Diamond member, and this was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve had. The hotel is poorly maintained, and the service was unacceptably low. Room • Reserved for 5 guests (two queen beds + fold-out couch). • One bed squeaked horribly; the other made loud metal-clanging sounds. • The fold-out couch was nothing but springs — unusable for sleep. • Only 3 towels and 4 pillows were provided for 5 people. • The body wash dispenser was empty, the toilet was dirty, and the tissue box contained only a single tissue. • Later, we were left with just one roll of toilet paper for 5 guests. Service • On Night 1, I requested 5 towels, 3 pillows, and tissues. After an hour, nothing arrived. Called again; after 45 minutes, still nothing. Fifteen minutes later, only two towels were delivered — no pillows, no tissues. • The front desk texted twice during the stay asking how things were. I replied both times with concerns — no response either time. In person, no apology or follow-up was offered. Staff seemed afraid to address dissatisfied guests. • On Day 2, I called at 3pm to ask when housekeeping would come. Was told we were “on the list.” We waited with the door open for 2 hours (trying to air out moldy bathroom odors). No one ever came. Later they claimed our “Do Not Disturb” sign was out — it wasn’t, the door was open the whole time. • Out of frustration, I placed dirty towels and trash in the hallway. Only then did they finally bring enough towels — but I had to go back myself to get washcloths, toilet paper, hand towels, and tissues. Diamond Recognition As a Diamond member, the experience was especially disappointing. • No acknowledgment of my status. • No apology or attempt at recovery. • Even required a deposit, which is unusual and not standard for Diamond members. Condition of Hotel • Beds, frames, and fold-out couch are old, rickety, noisy, and uncomfortable. • Property is run-down and feels neglected. • Shockingly, glow sticks were placed on top of backup emergency lighting — apparently as a substitute for functioning emergency lights. Overall This stay was expensive, uncomfortable, and marked by terrible service. I would never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this property.
