This is my first and last time staying at this hotel. At first glance the outside of this hotel and the lobby are really nice however that’s where it ends. I got to my hotel room and it smelled like a sewer (not a big deal) I could just use some spray but when I got to the bathroom there were fecal stains in the toilet which means they clearly didn’t clean like they should’ve. Then I sat on the bed and it was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and that’s including when I stayed at the motel 6. These beds are so old they squeak very loudly anytime you move even the slightest bit. Honestly at this point I’d rather stay at days inn. The lady at the front desk was nice which was the only good thing about this hotel.

Staff was friendly. Some miscommunication with shuttle was frustrating. Breakfast was decent, but not as good as other Homewood Suites we've been to. Pool was nice, hot tub was disappointingly out of order. Rooms had lots of space, but furniture was worn in places, lamp shades had stains. Could use a refresh.

So this hotel location is perfect right off the strip and it’s quiet. Rooms are kind of out of date. Service here is ok , some on front desk reps are rude and some are nice. My biggest issue with this property is the temperature. They have the temperature set at 74 degrees in the lobby which is overly warm for inside temperatures. Then in the actual rooms the AC is capped at 69 degrees . Can’t go lower or open the window . So no air and room gets overly stuffy. Mind you it’s motion sensor as well, so cuts off while sleeping, wake up hot. Would I stay here again ? Most likely, no.

I booked this hotel for a quick weekend trip. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life, and I was SO IMPRESSED. The staff was so friendly and helpful, lobby and breakfast area were always clean and well stocked, and the rooms were very spacious and clean too. And the location of this hotel is central enough so you're close to things, but it's tucked in a quieter area so you can still get a good night's sleep. I would stay here again in a second.

We had two rooms for 4 night, used a credit card to make reservations but changed to another card on arrival. They put the total stay on both cards and not just once but double on each card. Take it that they are on pending status at our bank, hopefully it will be corrected in a couple of days. Most staff was friendly, but some weren't very personable. The rooms were good other than a couple of things. The boxspring was very noisy when you moved, the shower was stained and the sofa cushions are very worn out and not to comfortable to sit on. There was no bath towels in the room. But overall a pleasant stay.
Just to let you know that our room charges for rooms on our credit cards were all cleared. Cleared three days after departure.
We would definitely stay again at this location in the future.
