In Short: Comfortable and spacious room conveniently located near the airport Happened to arrive when Hilton was having a global systems outage so had to be checked in manually. The staff kept their wits about them and followed up later to make sure everything was ok. Room was spacious but was feeling a bit dated as was the hotel. Everything was clean. A reasonable spot if you want a location convenient to the airport.

Great for business! A little bit off of the strip, but not so far that an Uber/Lyft is expensive. Worked out really well for a business trip, where I was able to avoid the tourism in whole. Walking distance from an outdoor mall with lots of food options, including a Sprouts grocery store.

Old, outdated. Nothing wrong with it or say, just really showing it's age. Not dirty, just worn down. Large rooms. Great location: walking distance to the rental car agencies. The shuttle is not what I would call convenient from the airport. It only leaves at the top of the hour from the hotel so if you intend to use it, hopefully your flight arrives about the type of the hour so that you're not standing and waiting. My 12 yr old had a great description: "Big doesn't always mean better"

Staff is friendly and attentive. Clean facility, just a little outdated. Carpet is 'bubbling' in the hallway (at least 3rd floor), minor tripping hazard.. beds aren't the most comfortable but certainly not the worst.. closer to comfortable than not. Rooms are spacious (King suite w/ sofa bed). Pool was great, very clean didn't smell of chlorine or other chemicals - keep the pool person! - and, since it is winter in Vegas and we're from WA State, basically had the pool to ourselves for the duration. Smallish hot tub/spa, though the jets are broken so it bubbles, but splashes a fair amount. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and seating. Location was amazing, to the strip and to the places we needed/wanted to go. Would stay again, VERY CONVENIENT for rental car return (if you need that).
