    Let me start by saying…Save your time and money! I have been to Vegas many times for leisure but this time I’m here for business. My company booked my room based on reviews and the fact that I use Hilton a lot. The place wasn’t cleaned before I checked in, definitely some bacterial growth present, hairballs everywhere I’m bald and traveling alone fyi), smells like cigarettes inside the room and in the hallways. They did allow me to cancel without hassle so I could move to an actual hotel that matches its reviews. Not sure how this place has a 4.4 on Google it’s a 1 star hotel at best. Don’t do it!

    We stayed here for New Year's. It was a great spot, we got home and noticed. We forgot my wife's wallet in the room. It was so hard to get it back but we finally managed to speak to a supervisor and get the wallet sent back to us. We received it, and I know we ha a $105 in the wallet. All the money is gone. The wallet Was ramsacked? Whatever you do, do not leave anything behind in this place. Maybe it wasn't a hotel itself, but they need to either switch up to some trustworthy maids. And fix that carpet on the 4th floor man i tripped and got rug burned really bad

    We’ve been to many airport hotels. We know they have above average wear and tear and you need to underwrite that when you own one. This place needed a remodel a few years ago. The kind and warm staff does the best they can under the circumstances and we thought they were great, but ownership needs to step to the plate and invest a few dollars in paint, wallpaper, FF&E, soundproofing, and other basics to bring this property to brand standards.

    Being a Hilton dimond member I always stay in Hilton hotels and I booked homewoods by Hilton and it was the worst hotel I have ever been stayed……this hotel has no standard of being Hilton properties ……rooms were nasty,bed was uncomfortable.we checked in late night and as soon as we entered we show sink had egg shells in it ,also shower had someone hairs in it…we went to front seat but lady said she can’t change room untill next morning😡…we stayed that night because it was too late for us to find another hotel but Will never stay here again…

    This was my first time staying at Homewood Suites. I chose it because it was a Hilton property. I expected more staying at a Hilton location but, unfortunately it was disappointing. The room was ok (not what I expected), the tissue ran out upon arrival, and the smoke detector kept going off when we took a shower, even though we had the ceiling fan running in the bedroom, right next to the bathroom, while we were in the shower (there seemed to be a vent in the bathroom, possibly for a fan, but it did not seem to be working). This morning, I wanted to get some breakfast so, I went to get food and when I inquired about boiled eggs, I was told that they did not have any. I thought that was interesting because I have stayed at other locations that I would not consider as reputable as Hilton and they had boiled eggs. Not everyone can and wants to eat fried eggs. I have stayed at what I would consider lesser hotels and had better/healthier food options. After that disappointment, I decided to get some raisins bran and needed a bowl for it. When I asked about a bowl, I was told that they did not have bowls either. I could not believe it! It was like a slightly better Motel 6. For all of the money I spent, I really did expect more. I could have stayed in a strip hotel for less money and had a better experience. If I had known, I never would have booked this place. I definitely will not be wasting my money on a place like this again!
