This hotel does not care if you’re a diamond member or not they give you the water they give you their bag of chips and that’s all they’re giving you. Tried to get a extension to 4 PM. They would not give it to me would not really give me anything. They ended up giving me till 1 PM when I started to complain and tell him I was gonna call Hilton but they really just didn’t care the manager. Dave made sure I knew he did not care either. I tried to talk to him, but he was rude and basically told me he didn’t care. I love it when I stay at a hotel that doesn’t care about their guest at all. Hilton has put a lot of money into trying to get me to come over to them because I’ve been with Marriott for years and then I get treated like this. Do you think I’m gonna come over to Hilton more probably not.
