Was in Vegas for a soccer tournament and all of the fields were near by. The rooms we had fit 6 people and had a fridge and microwave in it.

The larger sized fridge was a nice bonus and the lobby had enough space for us to easily cater in dinner for the team. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The front desk staff told me it would be over $600 total, and I agreed and swiped my credit card. Immediately after, she said, “Okay, now pay for the second room.” I stopped her and said, “Hold on, you just told me that ~$600 was for both rooms.” At that point, it was clear the total cost was significantly higher than what I was quoted, and even more expensive than several luxury hotels on the Strip, so we left and did not stay at the property. Despite this, both Hilton corporate and the hotel later claimed that I had checked into the room, which is not true. I was then charged approximately $200 for one night, even though I never stepped into the room. This charge was made under false pretenses, and I am requesting it be fully reversed.
