Me and my wife and kids were there on December 31 for New Year’s 2025 They give me a room with somebody else inside Then I went downstairs to give me a second room key different floor. Somebody was inside. There is no safety anyone could walk in your room. I would not recommend anyone staying here.

My partner and I stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Vegas Convention Center from November 26 – 29, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire reception team treated us with great kindness, but I would like to specifically acknowledge Dee for her professionalism and thoughtfulness. One morning, she noticed me rushing from the reception area to the dining room with two hot cups of coffee; she immediately stepped in with cup sleeves so I could carry them safely. In another interaction, she took the time to wish us a Happy Thanksgiving and genuinely learn about our trip, offering her help with anything we might need. Additionally, the woman who checked us in (whose name unfortunately escapes me) went above and beyond. Despite an unanticipated delay with the guests ahead of us, she handled the situation perfectly. Once we reached the desk, she thanked us for our patience and extended several courtesies that truly enhanced our stay. Finally, I want to thank the housekeeping staff member responsible for Room 654. She was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient, ensuring our room was well-taken care of throughout our visit. Thanks for making our holiday stay so pleasant!

My stay was excellent, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very well equipped, with a living area and a kitchen, which makes daily routines much easier, especially for longer stays. The housekeeping service is very good, always efficient and thorough. Another big highlight is the location, very close to the Strip, making it easy to reach the main attractions of the city, while still being away from the crowds and noise. The parking is easy to access, check-in and check-out are simple and fast, and the hotel accepts package deliveries with no extra fee, which is a huge plus in Las Vegas. The breakfast is included (something rare in the city); it’s simple but offers everything you need to start the day well. The gym is good and allows you to easily adapt a strength training workout. Overall, it’s the best option off the Strip, offering great value for money, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and quieter stay in Las Vegas.

This is probably the worst experience I've had at any Hilton Hotel ever I always use hotels that have handicap accessible showers so that I can shower my mother since we do not have a handicap shower at home I called before booking to ask how much was the deposit I was told $50 so I booked the room the next day I called in the morning letting them know that I would like to see if I could get my mom into shower before it gets dark we have to take the bus to the hotel I don't want her getting sick after showering and taking the bus home I think I called four different times to check on the room they told me I'd be ready by 3:00 p.m. we were there at 3:00 p.m. the room was not ready find me the room is ready at 4:45 then they try to tell me my card is declined I asked him how much they were charging total they told me they were charging $100 deposit plus the room price I told him I only have $118 in my account they were able to wave $50 off of my deposit and finally get us into a room but it always seems like they do not care when I called it felt like I was bothering them I guess these people don't know how hard it is to take care of your handicapped mother especially when your house is not handicap accessible every other Hilton that I use here in Las Vegas to shower my mom has always been very understanding and very helpful and kind some hotels would get us in there by 11:00 a.m. we would give my mom a shower and be gone by 2:00 p.m. I understand sometimes they cannot do that but if you know the situation at least have the room ready by 3:00 so since we didn't get in until it was cold and dark my mother had to stay in the hotel room overnight with my daughters which means I have to call off work today just to go and bring back my mom on the bus I've never had employees of Hilton make us feel like this I never expected Hilton Hotel not have any compassion

I was skeptical to be honest as a first timer here and reading the reviews gave me the impression I might’ve made a mistake booking it but it was truly a great experience. Rooms were clean, smelled nice, the staff were all very sweet and even offered free water bottle . 10/10
