I was skeptical to be honest as a first timer here and reading the reviews gave me the impression I might’ve made a mistake booking it but it was truly a great experience. Rooms were clean, smelled nice, the staff were all very sweet and even offered free water bottle . 10/10

No frontdesk, no service, if you don't have a digital key you'd be locked out. No bottled water provided even though its written in the membership benefits. Bed sheets are stained. Location is ok if you don't plan to walk to the strip, can see the sphere if you pick the right room. Breakfast is the worst I had for a while. How do you even make potatoes taste so bad.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. The room I stayed in had the full comfort of a home. Breakfast was more than enough. I definitely recommend it.

I never been so furious with a hotel before. 3 families flew in from Michigan for a one night stay before we headed to Arizona for a wedding. . Booked our3 rooms 6 months in advance and paid for all 3 at the time of the reservation in full and no refund. Just to find out that they gave 2 of our rooms away when we went to the front desk, even after I checked in online and requested 3 digital keys. They totally lied to my face and finally the truth came out when the receptionist stated that the people stating wanted to stay extra nights that were in our booked rooms the night before.
Hilton just lost a longtime diamond level honors client. Thank God Marriot was able to accommodate and will have my business going forward. So much for reservations Not cool when you have little kids and elderly in your party. This place is beyond pathetic!
