The guy who was at front desk late night-am from 12.26-27 (at 2am) had excellent customer srvc--perfect 5 stars, exceeded expectations...expectations vs experience with frank later at checkout was the opposite, left feeling upset & frustrated from bad customer service (he was slow, wrong/almost overcharged us--would have if we hadn't caught it & pressed about it/had to discuss it longer than necessary too--AND never appologized for anything)...ON TOP of being overcharged & having to slow down an already sleepy checkout process even further from what was supposed to be a simple transaction, (changing payment method...yet another blunder there too, one that was on an even more basic customer service lvl than the rest; setting the cash down right in front of me vs in my visibly-waiting open/upward-facing palm /outstretched hand...) ...the entire transaction he not only overcomplicated, but didn't appologize at all for anything--even after admitting his error/saying we were correct...disgraceful--an embarrassment to the brand; this is the opposite of how customers should be feeling ever, let alone by the time they're leaving. Will be avoiding this location as much as humanly possible while he still works here, absolutely terrible.

This is a Hotel in Las Vegas out of the Main Street , you need a car of use service taxes to go mayor attractions in this city. Hotel room are spacious but need updating, bathroom too . Breakfast is good for a continental options . Cleaning in the room are not excellent. The hotel is too noisy because is used for renting as meeting place for locals business close to breakfast station , for that reason is your breakfast very crowded some times and not to calm ! If you are IGH member they don’t care to much even if you are Platinum member ! I will not recommend this hotel to stay in Vegas even if you just drive here for one need . Vegas hs a lot better options , believe me , I’m a local !

I recently took a quick trip to Las Vegas and chose this hotel because of its convenient location near the Strip, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of options to start the day right.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. Frank at the front desk went above and beyond — he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and even helped me store my bag after check-out since my flight was later in the day. His professionalism and kindness truly made my stay memorable.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Vegas. Huge thanks to Frank and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!
