When we checked out, the front desk told us there would be no charge, but we were surprised to receive a payment notice a month later. We contacted the hotel manager, Desiree, who was extremely proactive in resolving this issue for us. I am very satisfied with the service provided by the team.

Unfortunately, the HVAC system in our room never worked. The front desk initially told us it “takes awhile to kick on because of the sensors,” but even after hours it never cooled the room. The only solution offered was a box fan and two complimentary drinks. We appreciated the gesture, but the room remained uncomfortable all night and we were unable to rest after a long day of travel. For the price paid, we expected a functioning room and a better resolution to the issue.

Hospedados en la habitación 318, al Volver de un recorrido breve, encontramos que absolutamente TODOS mis artículos personales (perfumes, cremas, lentes de contacto, maquillaje, artículos para el cabello, etc) TODO el neceser simplemente, desapareció. Pusieron en duda mi palabra. Les recomiendo tomar una foto de todos sus artículos personales antes de dejar su habitación para que puedan comprobar lo que están dejando o simplemente NO se queden ahí .
