    The neighborhood was questionable since the police were in the parking lot the first night. I booked thru Expedia and wanted to check out we were told NO, they were not able to help us and we had to contact Expedia. Which I did and Expedia said we couldn’t check out early. so we went ahead and moved to another hotel planning on coming back and having breakfast using that room to rest before going to our next stop. When we got there the next morning, our key didn’t work. We went to the front desk she reactivated our key and said oh you should be here until 11 AM. We walked back to our room open the door and They had given our room to someone else. All of his belongings were there, including his laptop, his wallet, his watch everything was laying there. We walked back up to the front desk and the other guy walked up to the desk because now he’s key didn’t work. Imagine his surprise when we told him that we had just been in his room. They still said they couldn’t do anything with us. We had a discussion back-and-forth as far as getting a refund, they said NO. Because of this, we had to sit in a parking lot talk to Expedia and go and use a gas station bathroom because we had no place to stay. Come to find out the maid, saw us Leave we cleaned the room and said that we weren’t gonna be back now. She never spoke to us so she would not have known. We had already even told no by the hotel and Expedia that we could not check out early so our understanding was is that our room is gonna be ours until 11 AM. Expedia worked through them and got a refund because they double booked the room and had to admit their error. Horrible, horrible horrible experience. I won’t be using Holiday Inn again or Expedia. It was a fiasco. They were not helpful. They would not refund or talk to us about it whatsoever. They argued with us when they were clearly in the wrong. I also couldn’t believe that they actually charged us parking of $20 a day to park in the parking lot even though we were staying in that hotel.

    I would honestly stay here again. Very safe area, comfortable rooms. Easy walk to the strip and away from all the craziness.

    Rooms are not spacious, tears and cut outs in carpet, blinds didn’t work until a little help, bath tub water takes 2+ hours to stop running. Creamers and sugar packets were old. Hard for me to leave a negative review but you gotta realize what you shouldn’t be paying for.

    We recently had a dispute regarding parking fees at this hotel. When we checked out, the front desk told us there would be no charge, but we were surprised to receive a payment notice a month later. We contacted the hotel manager, Desiree, who was extremely proactive in resolving this issue for us. I am very satisfied with the service provided by the team.
