We are currently staying at this hotel. By far one of the dirtiest hotels we’ve stayed at. Vegas hotels were pretty packed this weekend so this hotel was one of the first hotels that came up. Front reception people are very welcoming and nice but cleaning people do not put in effort in the cleaning. First impression of the room was already disappointing. Very dirty. There were a bunch of hairs in the bathroom and bathtub. Clearly doesn’t seem like it gets mopped or dusted. We clearly asked the front reception people and the cleaning people to clean the room pretty well since it was already dirty when received. The only thing that was done were beds. Everything was still the same and hairs in the bathroom and bathtub remained. The carpet floor also has a lot of trash. We don’t stay in the hotel for a grand part of the day but for guests to feel warm and comfy in a hotel to sleep at night is crucial. Overall the location is okay.

I stay at Holiday Inn Express a lot and they always take care of me. I just used a ton of points to book rooms for 5 nights complimentary for me and some associates. 5 star service! Trey at the front desk was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. This is why I keep coming back!

The online reservation said it would be 118$ .when I got there they didn’t tell me a price they said we are going to run the card on file and that’s it . Then it turned out to be $168.48. Then after he gave me my room key he informed me that I would then have to pay for parking .. turned out to be $21.99 + $1.00 just to park my car at the hotel what a scam. I’ll never stay at that hotel again. Hidden fees are bullshit. Good job taking advantage of people.

They charge $20 a night to park there. I reserved a 2 bed got a king instead when I went to ask about it they said they were full and couldn't change it.
The room was nice though. But the maid service did not make my bed or change sheets once when it was specifically requested. The hot tub was broken the whole time there were no towels in the pool area and I had to call 3 times to get them to bring them. The breakfast buffet was out of EVERYTHING!! The pancake maker was down, there was nothing but yogurt and cereal left with 30 hungry people wanting breakfast. It was a real let down . But easy quick walk to the raiders stadium though that's my only plus about this place.
