Hilton is a terrible company...Back when this place was Polo Towers, it was excellent...The staff were friendly, it was clean & quiet, & the place had respectful guests, but when I stayed recently, there was a group of selfish lowlives partying & blasting Mariachi/salsa music till 4 AM...The security guards did nothing to stop them.
I stayed here for an entire year before Hilton hijacked it...A totally different crowd has taken over. After how I was treated here recently, I will never go back.
Btw, please do not be swindled by the 'timeshare' people in the lobby...Just read the reviews, people...SKETCHY.

We had an excellent stay this past long weekend! The location provides easy access to the strip. Service was amazing - we were able to check in early and received texts throughout to see if we needed anything. Anytime I requested something, I had it within 15 minutes. Our rooms were clean and well appointed (a little dated but fine!). We didn’t use the rooftop pool or jacuzzi (it’s February, and it was closed for construction), but the staff offered for us to use the indoor pool at the sister property, the Elara. We didn’t. There is not a casino or restaurant or bar, but there is a little market, and it’s close to lots of options for everything else, including an ABC store with lower liquor prices than the on site market. I would highly recommend this hotel for larger groups or anyone who likes to have a fully equipped kitchen to save a little money on snacks or food - we scheduled an Instacart delivery on our first night. If we went to Vegas, we’d consider booking here again or the Elara.

The location is great. People were very friendly in. The service is nice but honestly the room was a bit of a disappointment. Kudos to the photographers who take the pictures because I think they made it look a little bit better than the actual reality

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! the customer service is horrible. The woman at the check in desk physical took my cellphone and put it on speaker phone! We were transferring hotels and they were extremely rude. We did a timeshare presentation and completed it and they tried to take half of the incentive gift card away. Furthermore the woman at the front desk shook her hands in my face as I was trying to explain my situation. Absolutely disgusting for a world class hospitality service to treat its guests this way. Save your money and chose literally any other hotel!!

Stayed in King suite with kirchen, coffee pot, fridge, microwave (mine did not work) stove and living room My first night I had a creaming crying toddle some room closebyr at 3qm to "let them out" that lasted a few minutes and then an hour later someone screaming from the balcony "welcome to vegas!"
There's valet parking. At check in pretty quick and helpful. It's in a good location for NYNY, Arte Museum, Jason Aldean, and a little hike to Bellagio.
There is a store not open 24 hr with a Starbucks coffee station.
My biggest gripe (besides a roach in the ceiling light) is that nowhere on the premises has a working microwave (I asked) and I really want to heat up my overpriced Starbucks coffee; that I bought last night ,to drink this morning. Overall, my quick visit was fun and the little annoyances are just what they are.
