This was one of my best stays in Las Vegas. Reasons: 1. Staff-Susan as the front desk, really helped make my stay an amazing one by listening to my requests and going above and beyond to fulfill them. 2. The suite I had was incredible! It was newly renovated and had all the amenities anyone one could want and extras too. 3. Location-it's right by the Strip, close to a Walgreens, and right in between the MGM & Caesars casinos so all were easily accessible. 4. View-We had an incredible view of the Strip and 2 balconies. Not many properties have balconies near the strip that I could see. My one small suggestion would be to put a regular size kitchen trash can in the full size kitchen, but otherwise we loved every minute of our stay. I highly recommend this property!

If you’re here for the strip, this post probably isn’t for you! if you’re here for work like me or anything else, avoid this at all costs. No kitchen in the hotel so no room service or breakfast options, you will be bombarded upon check in about a time share but of course they make it seem like it’s a mandatory “welcome packet” to pick up, the vallet guy threatened to tow my car because my check in was taking too long (again, because they make you listen to their time share stuff), and the I get to my room and there was what appeared to be sand on the bed. Everything is old in the rooms. I will never be coming back here, not worth it.

Its nice, great location but, the house cleaning is more of a change sheets and spot vacuum, run the dishwasher, wipe down inside of fridge and maybe spot vacuum. The bathroom floors are not moped or tub cleaned and the rugs needs to be steamed cleaned. It's like the place gets a quick dusting in-between guests, not a deep clean after someone stayed there for a week or more.

Stayed in December 2025. The room was dirty. Despite I called and asked to vacuum it, even after the fact the carpet had plenty of hair and dust in it. Pretty disappointing. I also went to hear the timeshare sales pitch. This was a waste of time! But the most frustrating part of it all is that the gifts they lure you in with are worthless! The "extra night of stay at a Hilton" is something one would think is the easiest deal for the hotel. But no... They give out a certificate to some shady web service that has 2 stars average rating and requires you to pay $100 to register the gift certificate! No thank you!

We booked our room 2 months in advance. We messaged the hotel in advance and told them our flight gets in late about 1am so our check in time would be late and wanted to make sure we were ok. The hotel messaged back and said we were good and to check in as you would normally do. We got to the hotel and they did not have our room selection we had paid for. We were told that it was given to other guests and told us it was first come first serve even though we had a 2 month reservation. We told the front desk lady we wanted to speak to a manager. We had asked for a manager because they did not have a two bedroom suite available even though we had purchased one 2 months prior. The manager would not come down and speak with us. After about 30 minutes of discussing the situation with the front desk lady they only had two rooms on the same floor and we had paid for a suite with 2 bedrooms. I told them no u need to get us our room. They gave us a a king room and the next day they said by 11am you should be in your room we paid for. We had to get our wedding license so we had to leave and said we would be back in a few hrs. We got back to the hotel and our room was still not ready. It was almost 2pm. We went upstairs and I wasnt happy and my wife and I were talking and one of the cleaning staff heard me say I wasn't happy and didn't wanna stay at this hotel. Her name is RG. She told us to go to our room and she would take care of it for us. RG went to the lobby and got our keys for us and personally helped us get to the new adjoining room of our two bedroom suite . We appreciate you RG. We should have got a refund for the night we didn't get in our room. They gave us a 95 dollar resort refund when the room was almost 400 a night. We will neverstay here again. We come to Vegas frequently. Never been treated the way they treated us. Also there was a front desk lady there that day we talked to. Her Name is Alyssa she also helped us get our room. Other then that the room was ok.. I think they need to upgrade there shower heads. The room was big enough for our guests for our wedding. We always stay at Hiltons. We will never stay at the polo towers again.. I believe they owe us a refund for that one night. The valet were very polite to us and took care of us as well.. To the staff that helped us get our room thank you. To all the other 2 staff and the manager you need to work on your manager skills. The manager should had got up and come talk to us but she chose not to. The lady that told us our room wasn't available and first come first serve. I hope you and your boss work on your people skills.
