Had issues with payment and recognising it was pre-paid, had to pay again, until the issues is resolved with HQ (not a pleasant start to double the cost until they fix their mistake). Still no idea what the issue was. Staff were helpful and friendly, I can not fault the reception or service team. A bit pushy on the price-share to visit experiences sales pitch. Rooms are satisfactory, has everything you could need and are kept clean with all provisions. If anything, a little outdated with some minor issues which they helpfully resolved. Only complaint is, quite outdated. Feels like snuggling into 10 years ago. Location is handy IF you want to be away from the hustle and bustle, or shops, or a supermarket, or entertainment, or anything. A couple of local bars and restaurants (which are good) near by, else it's a car drive. Children's pool was also closed during our stay, however we were notified ahead of time and this didn't inconvenience us.

Thankfully we did not stay here and changed hotels. They do not keep the rooms clean! Experienced a couple leaving as well because they had bed bugs in their room!! Do not stay here if you value your health, period.

We stayed at this property for 5 days, and the experience was extremely disappointing. At check-in, the front desk staff took my card and charged it without disclosing the mandatory $10 per-day parking fee. I only discovered the fee later on the parking dashboard card. When I asked about it, the employee named Jerry stated he was “not responsible for what other people do” and blamed the evening staff. However, I personally witnessed Jerry check in another guest later that night and also fail to disclose the parking fee while the guest was distracted with her baby. This shows a clear pattern of nondisclosure. The property is not maintained to acceptable standards. The carpets in the elevators and living areas are filthy, one of the washers is broken, and the hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised online. This is misleading and unacceptable for paying guests. I emailed the Assistant Manager, Kyle Thompson, on November 29th and never received any response whatsoever. The lack of communication demonstrates extremely poor management and no regard for guest concerns. The only staff member who was helpful during the stay was the maintenance worker. Based on my experience, this property engages in undisclosed charges, inconsistent check-in practices, poor cleanliness, and unresponsive management. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here.
