Worst Experience Ever – Avoid This Hotel I confirmed my reservation through Booking.com and the payment was already processed. When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked by how unprofessional the staff were. The receptionist had no idea what she was doing, there was zero communication between her and her manager, and she claimed my reservation was “canceled after 12,” even though I booked after 12. It made absolutely no sense. I contacted Booking.com and they assured me that my reservation was valid and that I should receive my money back if the hotel refused to check me in. That did not happen. This is unacceptable. It feels like the hotel is intentionally keeping the money — this is a scam and completely fraudulent behavior. There is no reason for a paid and confirmed reservation to be canceled for a so-called “no show.” Once payment is confirmed, the booking should remain active and the room should be ready at any check-in time. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. Do not book with them.

POOLS PERMANENTLY CLOSED for the Autumn, Winter, and Spring seasons. False advertising. Deceitful advertising. Spas open for a few hours only daily. Restaurant was CLOSED with chairs upside down on the table tops at 8:30pm. DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!! All the hotel advertising shiws the pools are open and usable. Everyone at this hotel is lying about the status of the pools. The pools are CLOSED. Hotel guests and owners are forbidden from going in the pool.

At arrival, the hotel was beautiful! Check in was fast, but was then sent to concierge for a welcome package, that turned into a sales pitch to get you to go to one of the owner's sales presentation. We went to the presentation, but felt pressured, to purchase. Anyway, we were booked for 8 days, our room was cleaned the 2nd day only. We gathered trash, to throw out, but no trash cans around that would hold the trash...went to front desk, she called a Mgr, who appologized and asked for our room number. I thought they would send somone the next day to resolve, and they did not!! We ran out of toilet paper and clean towels, this place is not for the guests! It's about the money, and not for long stays. I might add, that we had a king suite with a kitchen. It was nice, but the trash under the sink, was full when we arrived, and I spotted a roach in the kitchen and bathroom area. The bathroom floor had hair everywhere. Obviously, they are not inspecting behind their housekeeping staff, or don't have enough staff. I was extremely disappointed, considering the money we spent to stay.

The Resort gets my 2 stars..the rooms were dirty, hair left in the shower floor, hair left in the soap dish, hair on the sofa bed corn chips in the sofa bed. Housekeeping was horrible, floors were dirty..The bathroom floors were so bad it turned into mud. We complained at the front desk they gave a 75 dollar credit and said that was all they could do. The next day Housekeeping came in the room and didn't even make up the sofa bed . Since I saw the bad shape of the sofa bed I decided not to sleep on it and not even open it. So I slept on the sofa..The concierge staff was fantastic, the front desk was just alright..I don't think this resort is representing Hilton Grand Vacations well because this was not a Hilton charming resort. Its more of a college campus

So I stayed here all week since Sunday and Friday comes and the security guard at night name "Gerald" would not let me in the gate because my name was not on the list. I understand that he is doing hos job. I told him i have been staying here all week with no issues. After holding up traffic for 30 minutes a second security guard came in to verify my name and room number turns out I am in the list and let me through. I like this place but ruin the end of my trip at the end. End up arguing with my sisters to see and verify if I was on the list they said yes. Can you guys make sure whoever is bringing people in at night specially on a busy Friday can read and verify the list properly. I hate complaining but something needs to be done. All of that was unnecessary. He could have easily called the front desk to verify my name but he didn't. He chose to held traffic for everyone behind me and not just me. So thanks "Gerald".
