If you’re looking for a nice, quiet place away from the strip, this is the perfect spot. The one-bedroom unit we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. It’s only a five-minute walk to the Westgate Resort, where you’ll find shops, a casino, and several great dining options. I especially recommend Sid’s Café—the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, a relaxing stay with convenient access to nearby attractions.

While the check-in experience with Jared was excellent, the rest of our stay was disappointing. The room lacked any semblance of privacy due to poor soundproofing; we could hear the neighboring room’s TV and conversations perfectly. Furthermore, the restaurant closed at 5:00 PM, and we were unable to use our Hilton Honors points as planned—a policy that was not disclosed beforehand. When we raised these concerns, the staff was dismissive, suggesting we use the points for breakfast rather than offering a genuine solution. Not the level of service we expect from the Hilton brand.

Well, as a diamond member traveling to a hilton brand with a friend that I recommended they hotel to...I was extremely disappointed! The het didnt work in the first room after turning the thermostat to 81. Called the front desk and they dispatched a hvac tech. He came and worked on the unit but his straight wire technique didnt work. When the system wont turn the heat or cool off, you can straight wire the system to provide one or the other, and if you're good, you wont have a problem till the next season. The only problem is that the tech wasn't that knowledgeable and there was more to it than the straight wire, either the sequencers were bad or the heat strips were burned out. The system produced heat for about 20 minutes then blew cold air. Did I mention my 11 month old had a cold and cold chills which prompted us to turn on the heat. So we called again and they finally changed our room to 208. This was around 10ish. Heat was working but then it stopped so I called the front desk. The lady said it was on automatic. Thats code for "we control the thermostat for utility savings and to minimize utilization (or abuse) while you suffer". Exhausted, we huddled together to get warm and closed off the bathroom and the living room. The outside temp dropped to 44 so at best the room was 64 plus the btu's produced by two adults and one infant. In the wee hours of the morning, the heat came on for a few minutes, then shut off suddenly without reaching the pre set temp of the thermostat...more like it was programmed to run at specific times. When we woke the room was luke warm so we did what we know best...yup, turned on the oven for heat. I met another couple in the elevator and asked if their room was cold, they said yes...I told them my solution and the dad smiled. Later that evening, we returned to find the room cold because of course, the ambient temp outside has dropped over 20° . Turned the thermostat to 81, no heat. So we turned the oven on again and huddled together. The room was 81° courtesy of the oven and closed doors, and miraculously the heat came on! This confirmed my theory about a programmed schedule for heat and not room temp. Suffered through this for 4 days and 3 nights. I'll have to check the other brands status match for diamond level because we wont do this again, my boy scout days are over!

It’s hard to find parking. You need to check in first, then the front desk needs to a show you where and how to park. After parking, it’s hard to get back to hotel. You need to wondering around the garage to figure it out. The path from parking garage to hotel is not friendly to your luggages. The room is not bright enough, needs more lights.

Where to start.... First, our reservation was cancelled (that part was not their fault), but they had told my father earlier that day when he arrived that the reservation was good to go when it wasn't. So when we arrived at 11pm that night, they didn't have our room, but had rooms available, yet couldn't book the room for me at the desk. They made me get on my phone and book through the website. What hotel doesn't have the ability to book their own rooms? Then the room itself was a huge disappointment. One of the worst beds I've slept on in Vegas. And the pillows were micro-pillows that were barely large enough for your head, so if you're person that likes to sleep with pillows, you'll have to go buy some. The AC barely had any output which makes me wonder how hot those rooms get in the summer considering this was November and the weather was nice. And there was barely any lighting in the room. They had a couple of wall sconces that barely put off any light and it was very difficult to do any makeup or anything outside of the bathroom which had no fan to disperse the humidity so I would have to wait every morning 15-20 minutes before I could even get into the bathroom to get ready after the shower. The shower faucet lever was stuck when we first arrived and my husband had to force it to get it to turn on and unless you forced it back into the stud position the faucet constantly leaked. When we first arrived I found a huge wad of hair on one of the beds. Overall not pleased. We will probably not want to stay there again if we go back to Vegas.
