Hilton Grand Vacations Club Flamingo Las Vegas is situated within The Strip's 15-acre Flamingo non-gaming resort with direct access to its lively GO Pool complex. Our grounds feature a courtyard, lush gardens, and an outdoor heated pool with poolside gas grills and plenty of patio dining areas. Inside, we have a fitness center, dry sauna, and a whirlpool. Full-service concierge is available for assistance with show tickets, dining reservations and local tours. Grab a quick bite to go at The Marketplace or at our seasonal pool bar.
Accommodations include studios, one- and two-bedroom suites. Suites offer spacious living space with a washer and dryer, sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with necessary cookware for in-suite dining.
Be sure to visit The Go Pool at the Flamingo Las Vegas for the hottest party in Las Vegas! Guests must be 18 years of age or over to attend The Go Pool and Hilton Grand Vacations guests enjoy free admission, compliments of the Flamingo Las Vegas. - JBJoe BivonaJan 5, 20265.0This was our second time staying at the Hilton Grand Vacations at The Flamingo. My wife's family have been owners for many years and we have visited numerous properties. While I am not generally a “timeshare” or “resort” kind of traveler, I always find the HGV properties to be consistently nice with great service....and HGV Flamingo is no different. Tucked behind the Flamingo Hotel near the monorail station and the High Roller, the location is great if you want to be near the center strip action. The Flamingo, Caesers, Paris, Bellagio and the Linq Promenade are a short walk. Also, important if you want to save money, a nice little liquor and food store is around the corner at Flamingo Blvd...essential for avoiding the price gouging on the strip. We had a 15th floor 1 bedroom which was great. There was a decent partial view of the Paris tower and Bellagio fountains and a full view of the Flamingo and attached pool complex....not bad. Be sure to request an upper floor if you want any kind of view. There also was a heated pool and large hot tub, open year round. Very nice. Best of all is the friendly staff and service. We were visiting for New Year's Eve, and steady rain was in the forecast. I asked at the front desk if they had any umbrellas for guests and they said no....but Carlos (I think was his name) one of the managers offered to walk to his car and give us his personal umbrella. I said it wasn't necessary, but he insisted. Turns out that umbrella saved the day, as we would gotten soaked without it! Anyway, another nice stay at HGV Flamingo.

When we checked in to our room (building 1) 5pm, housekeeping had left the previous occupants dirty linens and garbage out side the door. Well thinking it would be picked up later no big deal. We went out came back at 9pm, still there. The next morning, 8:30 am still there. I called front desk, busy signal so went in person and told the lady and asked for them to please have the items removed since it had all been there since 5pm the day before. Told me they’d get removed. We left, came back at 3:00pm and still there! Bummer.

The location is fantastic—super close to the Monorail station, right next to the linq(giant wheel), and an easy walk to both Caesars Palace and the Venetian conference halls. It made getting around the Strip incredibly convenient. Even though it’s right in the heart of everything, the property feels calm and quiet—perfect for unwinding after long days. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The staff were friendly, professional, and made check-in quick and easy. This is an excellent choice if you want the best of both worlds: peace and comfort with unbeatable access to the Strip and major conference venues. I would definitely stay here again!

Its perfect location gives a 5 minute walk distance to everywhere, Bellagio, the Venetian, Caesars Palace, the Strip etc. The sphere and high roller are right next to door. Surrounded by all these attractions, the room is very quiet and large. Again, low key but genuinely makes you feel at home. I will definitely come back and stay here for future trips.

Every room includes a beautiful soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day on the Strip. Housekeeping was outstanding as well, consistently prompt with extra towels, fresh water, and room refreshes. Michelle, the Front Desk Manager, went above and beyond in every way. Planning a destination wedding from 2,000 miles away comes with its challenges, and she made the process seamless. She personally accepted my floral delivery prior to arrival, carefully unpacked everything with my consent, and ensured the flowers stayed refrigerated and perfect for our wedding day. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care meant the world to us. The entire team was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and sincerely invested in making our stay special. When I arrived on my wedding day, the staff even clapped and celebrated with me and my husband, which is a moment I’ll never forget. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Strip, yet quiet and private with the comfort of condo-style accommodations. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and luxury.
