Everything was fine apart from the blasting music from the Flamingo pool area from 8:30 till 5pm. I won’t be staying again.

We stayed here for two nights and was not disappointed!!! Not only was our room perfect but every single person that works there was above and beyond expectations!! Let’s talk about Crystal that works at the cafe by the front lobby…. This woman was the BEST OF THE BEST!!! We went there in the mornings to get coffee and it was the best coffee I’ve ever had quite honestly! She was so personable and fun to talk to. I felt like I had known her for years the minute I walked in.. what amazing service she provided us. I will never forget her!!! Would not stay anywhere else!! Thank you for the great experience.

A Desert Oasis
My Exceptional Stay at Hilton Grand Vacations at the Flamingo
If you are looking for the perfect balance of Las Vegas excitement and refined relaxation, look no further than the Hilton Grand Vacations Club at the Flamingo. My recent stay was nothing short of spectacular, offering a serene escape right in the heart of the Strip’s neon energy.
The Property & Experience:
The beauty of this resort lies in its "best of both worlds" setup. You are steps away from the legendary Flamingo casino and high-energy attractions, yet the HGV property itself feels like a private sanctuary.
The Suite: Spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a well-appointed kitchen that made the stay feel like a true home away from home.
The Grounds: The lush, tropical landscaping and stunning pool area provide a refreshing break from the desert heat.
The Atmosphere: Unlike the frantic pace of many Strip hotels, the atmosphere here is sophisticated, calm, and incredibly welcoming.
A Special Note of Appreciation: Gretel Damas
While the amenities were top-tier, what truly elevated my experience from great to "sterling" was the world-class service. In particular, I want to extend a sincere thank you to Gretel Damas.
In an industry where service can sometimes feel transactional, Gretel stands out as a true professional. I had several specific requests during my stay, and she handled each one with:
Grace and Kindness: She made me feel like a valued guest rather than just a reservation number.
Proactive Problem Solving:
Gretel didn't just meet my expectations; she anticipated my needs with impressive efficiency.
Expert Professionalism: Her poise and dedication to guest satisfaction are a credit to the Hilton Grand Vacations brand.
It is rare to encounter someone so genuinely committed to excellence. Gretel’s attention to detail ensured my trip was seamless and stress-free.
The Verdict
Whether you’re in town for a show, a convention, or just some poolside relaxation, the Hilton Grand Vacations at the Flamingo is a premier choice. Between the fantastic location and the stellar staff—especially the wonderful Gretel Damas—I cannot recommend this property highly enough

First of all, this is not a typical hotel. This is a vacation rental property. Services are limited, particularly room cleaning services. During our one-week stay, they only attended to the room one time. They will bring you more towels upon request, but that's all you'll get. I asked for a second room cleaning which was denied.
The hotel itself is dated, but nice. It does not compare to other newer properties in Las Vegas though. Some electrical outlets, USB ports do not work, etc. Strangely, there is a whirlpool tub kind of in the middle of the room (which we did not try).
The location is great. Just a block off of the strip near the Flamingo Casino. Free parking is provided. Traffic can be a bit congested in the evening.
The strangest thing was the sales pitch in the lobby to attend a presentation for Hilton Grand vacations. They promised $200.00 in meal credits for use at any restaurant in Las Vegas, but it turned out the credits were only applicable to a small number of restaurants in the area. They promised a free 3-day/2-night stay, which was implied to be at any Hilton Grand Vacations location, but no, just at a very small number of properties. They offered a free Uber ride, but never delivered. We attended the sales presentation which was incredibly hard-sell. Needless to say, we did not buy anything.
