It was a rough start trying to locate the property with road closures, and then not much of an area to pull over to check in. Staff offered no help with bags and provided limited info on parking, resulting in even more frustration as we hauled bags through garages, down stairwells, and a block away.
The one bedroom suite was lovely - very spacious and nice to have some room to spread out. But also annoying to get freeze blasted in the middle of a shower on multiple occasions. After being here for three days, I have no idea why this is associated with the Flamingo, other than being near it. Not sure if you are allowed to use their pools or other amenities because the staff didn't interact with us AT ALL. Never even a hello or smile when passing through the lobby, and definitely not an offer to help when you are looking around confused (more likely to look at their phone or walk away).
It was funny going to a HGV timeshare pitch and hearing all about the luxurious, 5 star experience provided all the HCV club properties because that was far from our experience at this one. That said, we got what we paid for since the stay was free for attending.

Good location, rooms could use some tlc, and even if you're not here for a timeshare, the sales people will still pester you.
Overall the location, price, and rooms make it worthwhile to stay at.
And says there is an all day pool party outside but they stop between 6~8pm. You're in the center of the strip, it'll be loud during the day.

AVOID THIS HOTEL/TIMESHARE AT ALL COSTS. Customer service is terrible. Been waiting for deposit/ to comeback to my card for over 2 weeks. The first employee Gretal said it would be 3-5 business days after I check out. She proceeds to send me a receipt after my conversation with front desk agent which a receipt was never sent. Then of course the time past. It has now been over 2 weeks. I then asked for a manager who, Revyne who claimed to be a manager at the time. She then said I would get the money back on Monday then when that didn’t happen. I talked to a Representative named Fontaine who said Revyne was not a manager. I then asked for a manager. Her name is Michelle and got one voicemail and no follow up. Who didn’t call me back until hours later. The front desk then said I need talk to the accounting department. This department does not answer the phone unless you call them multiple times. Then I finally got a hold of the Accounting Department, with a lady name Lane or Elaine who placed the blame on the my credit card company. She said you’ll get the money up to 10 business days after check out on your card. Today is the 10th business day and nothing. Even though the charge shows pending. My credit card company says it’s on the merchant. What’s even more funny. I said through their timeshare conference they put a hold on my card for Uber and that hold was released immediately. Next day. So not sure what else to say. Just spoke with accounting Manager Nicole who said oh now it takes 8-14 business days. I then asked why do I keep getting different answers. No answers. She then offered to do a conference call. Which I declined. I then went to ask additional questions Nicole proceeds to hang up to avoid the question. Then of course. I callback still no answers. Watch I will wait the 14th business day. AVOID THIS PLACE. COMPLETELY DISHONEST. LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE and TRANSPARENCY.

¡¡¡¡DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!
This place deserves 0 stars!!!
Unless you want to listen to an EDM party from 7 am - 7 pm!!! Every day!!!!!
The hotel next-door, the flamingo host parties at the pool area From kid you not seven in the morning to seven a night every day!
When talking to the staff at the Hilton, their response was they can’t do anything because they have no control over what the flamingo does. And they have no rooms facing away from the music or pool area.
This is not an exaggeration go look at some of the other comments!
Our experienced the same thing as others. The base of the music literally vibrating through the room walls!
We were only at this hotel less than a half hour and left with headaches and nerves shot.
Please note our whole team members are all concertgoers and like that scene, but not when we are wanting to relax after traveling or getting done with business meetings throughout the day.
***Now we were here on business and was able to get a refund, but I think it’s because we had a third-party involved and we got our company who sent us involved to switch us to another hotel.
We asked the Hilton staff is the music thing only a weekend event. They said no it’s every day from seven in the morning to seven at night. Customer beware.
Also, this hotel does not have a casino in it if that matters to you. Meaning it is extremely basic. However, the prices for the rooms are not basic.
This is not priced accurately for a basic hotel stay.
And the hotel should really have a disclaimer on their booking system About the flamingo base party that happens every day!!!
