De grandes chambres, grand lit très confort, un coin canapé avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel et la sphère de notre côté, c'était Waouh, une belle salle d'eau avec produits et un WC séparé, coin cuisine avec micro-ondes frigo vide et lave-vaisselle, produits et éponges, cafetière avec café et filtre. Très satisfaits de ce séjour de 4 nuits .
- AFAlaleh - FoodyTONov 17, 20254.0I stayed here for 3 nights in a 1-bedroom suite and enjoyed my stay. My room was on the 7th floor, facing Planet Hollywood hotel and Eiffel Tower. The room includes the kitchen essentials, coffee machine, teapot, coffee beans and teabags. Bathroom includes soap, towels, shampoo and body lotion. There’s also a whirlpool bathtub available ensuite. But the outdoor pool was closed for the season. Upon arrival, we were given vouchers redeemable at lobby Starbucks for coffee or reception for bottled water, which was convenient. Areas for improvement: more bathroom essentials such as ear swab, shoe cleaner, makeup remover to be included in the rooms. Bathroom sink and whirlpool jet can be cleaned more diligently as I noticed they were still dirty spots from the previous guests.

Very happy that we decided to stay here! Many thanks to Ed at check in for making us feel like at home from the very first minutes! Everyone is very friendly, even sales presentation was nice and respectful. Walking distance from Elara to pretty much everything. And easy to use Uber if you need to go father. I highly recommend this hotel!
- TWTony WeeNov 13, 20253.0I wanted to try Elara as I heard good things about it. But I was somewhat disappointed. The counter staff seems uninterested to work. On checkin, it was not pleasant but bearable but on checkout, I know that staff saw me coming and turned her back on me and pretended to arrange some water bottles on the back counter. I was the only one there, and I waited for her to call me but another guest just came up to her and she immediately served him and ignored me like I wasn't there. I came up to her and told her what just happened and she just shrugged without an apology. The room was nice though, hence the 3 stars.
- ABA BNov 11, 20251.0DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR GUESTS!! I made a reservation for my 55th birthday. Because of both the government shutdown AND restricted airspace I had to cancel. I paid almost $1000 for my room. I contacted them to get a refund. I was refused. Someone there could actually be a human being & refund my money. I just can't believe a hotel chain that makes BILLIONS annually would steal $1000 from little ole me over something I had no control over. Disgusting! Greedy! No integrity!!!
