We spent our anniversary during NYE at Elar and they didn’t miss. Check in was smooth and professional. Rooms were as described, clean and relaxing. Self parking was convenient for us. The staff checked in appropriately to anticipate our needs and ensure there were no gaps.
All cost were notified in advance so there were no surprise charges or fees.
We will definitely return.

The hotel is difficult to navigate when checking in. The bell hop is downstairs from the lobby. Also they didn’t have our room ready for almost an hour after check in. Check in time is 4:00–much later than other hotels and our room wasn’t ready until almost 5:00.
Self Parking is $25 a day and a good parking spot wasn’t available.

One of the worst stays I've ever experienced at a Hilton Grand Vacations property.Upon arrival, we were assigned a unit with severe housekeeping issues: a large water spill from the master bedroom jacuzzi had flooded nearly half the room and extended into the living area. Shockingly, housekeeping had overlooked this entirely, and the unit was handed over to us in that condition. We immediately reported it to the front desk, only to be told we had to wait while they called a technician to inspect before offering an alternative room. After a significant delay, we were finally moved to another unit—which was also poorly cleaned. The front desk offered to send housekeeping again to deodorize it, but at 11:30 PM. We requested it for the next morning, but it never happened before we checked out.To make matters worse, the jacuzzi in the new unit wouldn't drain properly. When we tried, dirty water backed up into the shower drain, overflowing with black mold and grime. This required another call to the front desk, followed by an engineer's visit to fix it.Overall, this was a nightmare and the worst experience I've had as a longtime HGV timeshare owner. Despite being one of the newer properties in the portfolio, it suffers from abysmal maintenance and housekeeping standards compared to other HGV resorts. Not worth the stay—I won't return and cannot recommend it to anyone.

The service was pretty bad because my mom said it early check-in and the person on the phone says you can get an early check in at 12 even though they know that check-in’s early checks don’t start until 4 o’clock. We had to stay in the lobby for four hours, but great view of the room. I’m joking that’s why I left for you star we were on a concrete floor wall, no joke overall, two stars are wanting to give it zero stars, but the room was pretty nice like 67

The check in process was smooth and friendly. Parking can be challenging unless you use valet. Self Parking is validated. The challenge is finding a spot near the resort entrance. My suite had an amazing view of the city and the mountains. The rooms are furnished in a beautiful modern style. Service was great. I enjoyed my stay since this resort is located in the heart of the strip and has theaters and restaurants in the Miracle Mile Complex.
