Great hotel and service. Kelly at the front desk was amazing. A little off the beaten path. About a 15 minute walk to the Bellagio.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have ever experienced in Las Vegas, and we only stayed here for a quick one-night stay. When we arrived to check in, the front desk attendant greeted us with the words “What do you want?” Not a hello, not a welcome, but a rude comment that set the tone for the rest of our stay. During the night, the room above us was completely out of control. There was a nonstop stomping, jumping, someone screaming - "Stop!", and what honestly sounded like a physical fight happening around 1am. We called the front desk and they said they would send security, but nothing changed. The noise continued with no follow up or intervention. We lost sleep listening to the room above us continue to act up in the night. It felt like guest comfort and safety were not a priority at all. On top of that, when I went to shower, I found a moldy towel hanging over the shower head that had clearly been left by a previous guest or maybe the cleaning crew. While the rest of the room was decently clean, something this obvious should never be missed by housekeeping. Finally, as we were checking out and loading our luggage into the car at the roundabout, near the checkout area, where folks get picked up or dropped off with their luggage. The shuttle driver waiting behind us to park, rudely told us to "move and to keep it moving" even though we were actively loading our bags as quickly as possible, to move our car forward. The attitude from the driver felt unnecessary and left us with a sour feeling as we checked out. Between the bad customer service, the lack of response to a noise disturbance, the oversight in cleanliness, and the rude vibes from staff even as we were leaving, this hotel failed to meet even basic expectations for us! Next time we're in Vegas again, we will not consider this location to stay.

A great find! This hotel is right off the strip but surprisingly quiet. My room was extremely clean, large, and the bed was cozy. I wish I could've closed the curtains because the blackout shade wasn't very effective. Here's the thing: it took literally 10 minutes of running g the water in the shower to get any hot water to dispense. This is such a horrible waste of water, but I didn't want to take a cold shower! Conversely, there's is a lovely dispenser of fresh iced water flavored with fruit that was kept up all day. Perfect for refilling my thermos. (Just use the cups provided!) All in all, a very nice stay in Vegas. Every staff member was friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at this hotel three times now. First experience was great. Unfortunately the second two were not up to par. The second time we stayed here the bed was not level. Not a comfortable night stay. We thought it was a fluke. So we decided to give you another try. Bad decision. Your receptionist Teneya was so rude. If it was not for the other receptionist I would have left. That’s just checking in. In our room The restroom door did not close, one of the two beds had a spring loose or something cause every time I moved it squeaked horribly. I have a reservation for next month. That will be the deal breaker. Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you.
