First, housekeeping lacked attention to detail. Before leaving the room, I specifically requested certain items and left a reasonable tip, yet none of the requested items were provided. In addition, the room appeared to have received only minimal cleaning. This was disappointing, and while I don’t know the reason, I sincerely hope it was not intentional. Second, the breakfast experience was very poor. The breakfast area was extremely congested, with too many guests at the same time, and food items were not replenished in a timely manner. As a result, the experience felt chaotic and not worth participating in. While the room itself was comfortable, these issues detracted from what could have been a much better stay.

We appreciated the convenience of the small bar/restaurant inside the hotel, and bought ice cream one night from the snacks area. Conveniently near the airport. You can faintly hear planes during the day, but it gets quiet about 10pm. When we come back to LV, we will stay here again. Thanks!

The staff at every turn was friendly and helpful. The property is clean and well cared for, the pool and hot tub are relaxing and well maintained, the breakfast buffet was great and a little different each day, and the gym nicely equipped. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Would we prefer not to have the barn-style door on the bathroom? Yes, but that wasn't a deal breaker. The mini kitchen was really nice to have.
