    i had a long stressful day of traveling but as soon as i walked in britney and laura made it WAY BETTER. instantly made me feel at home. i came down to the lobby and both girls had a smile on their face. after working a long day i came back the next night and both girls AGAIN were just so lovely and making convo with the guest. if you want to feel at home with a bright aroma this is definitely the place. they go above and beyond and deserve to be treated like the queens they are. thanks britney and laura i definitely will be staying here again because of you guys !!!!

    Our stay was nice, the rooms are what you would expect for the price. We got in late for our stay and were disappointed to find that the soaps/shampoos were not refilled. I would have given 4 stars because the staff for the first leg of the trip were kind to us. However, for our return the staff member we spoke to was rude and very unhelpful. I was calling ahead to ask a clarifying question about park and fly (as we left our car for the week on our trip). My call was answered by someone who was sharp, unkind, and I was hung up on before completing the exchange while I had kept an even tone throughout the entire call. Maybe she had a bad day, but she was anything but helpful and left a bad taste in our mouths.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Hamptons Hotel South of Las Vegas My stay at the Hamptons Hotel South of Las Vegas was exceptional from start to finish. David, who checked me in that evening, set the tone with his kindness and professionalism. The next day with Lei made everything just as smooth and welcoming. Dolce, who worked the breakfast area, was attentive, friendly, and kept everything fresh and inviting. The entire staff truly made me feel like they rolled out the red carpet. The room was spotless, the atmosphere peaceful, and the service consistently felt like a five‑star experience. I left feeling cared for, appreciated, and eager to return. Highly recommended.

    Our overall stay at Hampton Inn was good. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, breakfast was good, and we truly had no issues with cleanliness during our stay. However, there was a breakdown in communication at the front desk that I feel could be improved. We called earlier in the morning to inform the staff that we wanted to extend our stay since our flight did not depart until 11:40 PM. Despite this, while we were out on our ATV tour, we received a call stating that housekeeping had entered the room to clean and noticed our belongings were still inside. Thankfully, no damage or issues occurred, but it was an uncomfortable situation and not a great look, especially after we had already communicated our plans. Better internal communication and passing along guest information would greatly improve the experience. Overall, it was a decent stay, but clearer coordination among staff would make it even better.

    One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in ( that’s saying a lot )! Not bc it’s anything with wow factor ( marble / gold trim etc ) but bc they’ve thought out the rooms with the customer in mind : - many hooks in the bathroom - lovely soaps and shampoos - a shelf in the shower to put your stuff instead of it falling over all the time - paper cups in room ! ( unheard of! And thank you H.I) -microwave and fridge - a quiet air conditioner that responds immediately to controls - easy to use blackout blinds - nice breakfast - super friendly and kind shuttle driver ( shout out to Brian ) -large tv with Netflix etc -A desk - Comfy beds with usb charging ports nearby Thanks Hampton Inn. Nice work there.
