  The staff were incredible. House keeping must have serviced my room 3-5x per day (without me ever requesting this) always providing extra water, towels, and kind conversation. Briana at the front Desk went above and beyond to find me a great room. There was a young black male trainee that was very knowledgeable and helpful despite it only being his 2nd week there. A team of desk staff helped me quickly locate the Versace shades I misplaced when upgrading rooms. The food was excellent. I enjoyed breakfast at their restaurant and room service for dinner. The gentleman that brought room service was especially considerate in offering to set up an extra table to make the room feel like a true restaurant. I can’t wait to go back!

  The location is excellent—just minutes from the center of Las Vegas, yet quiet and peaceful. Since there’s no casino in the hotel, the atmosphere feels much more relaxing. The service was thoughtful and attentive. I stayed here to celebrate my birthday, and the hotel provided a cute and delicious birthday cake, which made the stay extra special.

  My wife & I stayed here for valentine’s day. Prior to arrival, we received a call asking if we needed anything for our stay. We hadn’t booked dinner & they got it done for us! Amazing welcome upon arrival with someone ushering us from the vehicle drop-off area to the front desk. Check in was fast & simple, during which time they upgraded us to a suite because of high demand for the room type we booked. The suite was amazing & every member of staff we encountered was fantastic. I made an error when ordering in-room breakfast, completely my fault. Not only did they correct the error but also took care of the entire breakfast. Will definitely be coming back again & a huge thank you to all the staff. You guys do an amazing job & should be recognized for it.

  An oasis of class, relaxation, and comfort in an area where those are in short supply. The facilities are consistently fantastic while skipping much of the sleaze of the rest of the Strip. Easy to get to gaming and shops if you want them but also easy to leave that behind. Service is a little bit more hands-off than the other high-end hotels but everyone is incredibly helpful if you need them and that also gels well with the low-stress environment. Spa is amazing, rooms are extremely comfortable, and the whole ambience is great. Highly recommended!
