I'd always avoided this place when in Vegas as it wasn't squarely in the chaos of the strip; turns out that's exactly the point.
What an oasis amidst the madness of Vegas. I was skeptical they'd be able to keep the experience up, again... Vegas, but, they did. Just as well could've been at any other Four Seasons.
We had our small dog with us (my first time traveling with her) and the staff was engaged and accommodating through and through.
Nothing luxury about it except the price. Hotel is part of the Mandalay Bay and the rooms are almost identical so why the higher rates? Service is almost non existent. I was on a 4-night stay and was charged for 5 nights. Now these things happen and usually are resolved immediately. Nope, not the Four Seasons. The manager was adamant that I booked 5 nights even after showing them my reservation. Then for 3 days following a room or service director kept telling me there's nothing she can do. What??? Took me 3 weeks to get $855 refunded.

We've had great experiences at other four seasons hotels, but this experience was truly a brilliant display of top-notch customer service.
I, honestly, do not usually write reviews, but we had an issue when we first checked-in that the team resolved quickly and quietly.
Our room was not ready at 4pm even though they have guaranteed check-in through our AMEX booking. They first gave us a restaurant credit as compensation, but unfortunately the time extended to a much longer delay than expected. When we went up to them, we expected the same "We are so sorry, we can't do anything else." But instead, they provided us with a very generous upgrade and truly took care of us throughout our entire stay, even checking in the following evening to make sure we are comfortable and enjoying the experience. They went above and FAR beyond anything we could've expected in the best way possible.
On top of this, the general experiences and offerings they have are easy to book through their concierge and guest services streamlined crafting our itineraries. The gambling free and smoke free factor made the hotel feel like a calm escape from the chaos and noise that typically comes with Vegas.
I truly cannot emphasis how considerate and professional the staff at this location is, our experience has been lovely, and we will continue to book through them in the future.
I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the service during my recent stay. Having booked a suite, I expected the seamless service associated with the Four Seasons brand. Unfortunately, the reality was the opposite.
At 10pm, I requested a comforter for the sofa bed. I had to follow up four times, and despite the first two staff members promising delivery within 10 minutes, the item did not arrive until after midnight. Being forced to stay up and manage a basic housekeeping request until 12:00 AM is unacceptable for a 5-star establishment. This experience has fundamentally changed my perception of the brand, and I do not intend to book with Four Seasons again.

Four Seasons Las Vegas gets a well-deserved 5 stars from us. We’ve stayed here several times over the years, and it remains our first choice for personal travel to Vegas.
I’ve attached photos of the room, including the massive walk-in closet. And the views never disappoint - you can even spot the Sphere off in the distance.
So why do we keep coming back? First, the accommodations. They’re top-tier and exactly what you’d expect from a Four Seasons. Second, the Veranda restaurant (even though it was under renovation this visit, it’s still a favorite). Third, access to the Mandalay Bay pools - the lazy river and wave pool are hard to beat. Fourth, the spa. We’re always ready for the next massage. And finally, the long, leisurely walk from the elevators to the lobby. It genuinely feels like strolling through an art gallery.
If you don’t love being in the middle of the Strip chaos, this location is ideal. You can enjoy a calm, peaceful stay at the Four Seasons and choose when - and if - you want to jump into the energy of the Strip.
