Amazing, priced high but if you can afford it definitely the best hotel I have ever been in. The service from entry to exit was immaculate. We came during our honeymoon and everyone did everything they could to assist above and beyond. From room service woman who brought hot tea for my wife and then came back with salt water for her to gargle with due to her being under the weather. To the woman who helped us correct an issue with one of the shows we booked. Would recommend for any special occasions
Went for a weekend getaway with family, our suite was excellent. Gorgeous room, gorgeous property, our little girl loved it! 90% of the Staff were amazing but there were two things that made the experience less than 5-Star.
1. Cleaning staff cleaned that cleaned our room while we were out, left half-eaten Chinese food in our rooms min fridge and when we called the front desk, they didn't really care that much and said we'll take the resort fee off your bill. Then at checkout it was still there, had to remind them.
2. The Wynn Buffet Staff were rude, we had Breakfast reservations and are staying at their connected sister property but when we arrived 15 minutes before opening and we're hanging outside as we know from experience people suddenly show quickly my wife sat down on floor as they have no chairs outside the restaurant and the Buffet person sent two very rude security people to yell at her. Said you can't sit, you must stand or go find a sitting area.
Other than these two instances the experience was great, room was great, all other service was outstanding. 4-stars due to the 2 items above.

This review is long overdue. Luxury details, decor, feel, service… I love the rooms at Encore better than Wynn - I like the separation of bed and living area. Some people prefer the open concept of Wynn. Both have outstanding service. Encore also can use wynn’s pool - which is good to have, and the other way around is not true.
This trip we had an issue, and I could experience the next level care I hadn’t seen in lots of other 4 and 5 stars hotels around the world. The issue wasn’t a small one - it affected my whole family, our sleeping schedules, our abilities to be fully productive and active… Still, we felt so cared for and supported, that it felt like being home under the attention of loving family members. This trip confirmed that absolutely no other hotel on or off the strip can compare to Wynn / Encore. Hussein, Charissa, and the whole team: my warm Thank You!

It’s really unfortunate that I have to give such a low rating to a hotel I’ve loved and stayed at many times over the years. The service and rooms have always been excellent, but one experience has completely overshadowed that.
On my last day, I accidentally left a personal item in my room. After housekeeping entered, the item was never found. I immediately filed a lost and found report and was later informed that, despite a “thorough search,” it could not be located. Given that it wasn’t misplaced in a public area but left in my room in plain sight, the only reasonable conclusion is that someone from the hotel took it. The item was worth around $600, and it’s incredibly upsetting that something like this could happen.
What made the situation even more disappointing was my interaction with hotel security. Not only did they say they couldn’t provide any information and suggested I could file a police report, but they also implied that I might have taken the item myself and forgotten, later found it, or that my husband could have packed it without me knowing. It felt like they were more willing to put the blame back on us than to genuinely investigate or acknowledge the possibility that a staff member took it. Frankly, that would have been an easier explanation for them rather than admitting any wrongdoing.
The reason I’m giving a one-star review is because the most important part of any hotel stay is trust—trust that the employees who enter your room will respect your belongings and your privacy. In this case, that trust was broken, and the hotel’s response only made it worse.
For over two decades, I’ve walked the vibrant, ever-changing streets of Las Vegas, experiencing its endless parade of hotels and resorts. I’ve seen trends come and go, but one place has not only captured my heart but has also redefined my expectations of luxury: the Encore and its sister property, the Wynn.
From the moment you arrive, the Encore is a world apart. Its design is a whimsical masterpiece. a breathtaking blend of artistry and opulence that feels both grand and intimate. The stunning floral displays are more than just decoration; they are a living, breathing part of the hotel’s soul, adding a layer of beauty and serenity that you won't find anywhere else on the Strip.
While my initial adoration was for the Encore, I must say that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the experience and atmosphere of both the Wynn and Encore resorts. Together, they form an unparalleled destination. My culinary journey across both properties was especially memorable. In fact, I fell in love with the restaurant called Switch where the theme changes every 15 minutes. Apparently, David Wynn built it for his daughter.
The impeccable service is what truly sets these resorts apart. Whether I’ve been in a deluxe room at the Wynn or a three-bedroom suite at the Encore, every detail is flawlessly managed. The staff anticipates your needs before you even realize you have them, and their commitment to excellence makes every stay feel personal and effortless. This level of care extends to every corner of the property, from the exceptional restaurants that offer a culinary journey for every palate to the room service that arrives with a touch of magic.
While I appreciate the resorts' embrace of modern technology, I've found a few of the automated features to be a matter of personal taste. For instance, I'm not a fan of the Alexa voice command system for controlling room features; I prefer the simplicity and tactile feel of a traditional remote. Similarly, the blinds automatically closing in the early morning can be a bit jarring when you're hoping to wake up to natural light. These small details, however, do little to detract from the overall magnificent experience.
Beyond the aesthetics and amenities, the Wynn | Encore complex is an oasis of calm and security. The well-managed security provides a sense of peace, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience. And when it’s time to truly unwind, the spa offers a tranquil escape, a quiet haven where the city's energy melts away.
The Encore and Wynn aren’t just hotels; they are experiences crafted with passion and precision. It’s where every visit feels like coming home. After years of exploring Las Vegas, I can say with certainty that these aren't just my favorite properties—they are the only ones that truly feel like a destination in themselves.
