  I was nervous about staying here after reading some reviews. We Loved it!! Would stay here again! Its just off the strip and there are lots of restaurants you can walk too. The despensery is also walkable. Great pool, great service, great breakfast and cocktail party in the evenings. The rooms are very clean a little dark, but provide good lighting options! The staff goes above and beyond. So glad we stayed!!

  Front desk has 1 employee. I tried calling from the house phone. I tried calling from my cell phone for 10 minutes and never got an answer. Had to go all the way to the lobby to get what I needed. One of the elevators is broken. Took forever to get back to the room. I’ve now spent additional time standing in the lobby just trying to buy something from the mini bar as this single employee jose is overloaded.

  I personally did not enjoy this hotel visit. While I love the embassy and their order ready breakfast, the complimentary drinks don’t make up for the staffs poor customer service. The cooks for breakfast were all annoyed when very little people stayed during this time of visit. The complimentary snacks were followed by smirks and faces of disgust from the women near the bar.. The pool area is closed by 5pm, no later… Although the room service was great it just didn’t make us feel welcome. Will consider even staying at this hotel again..

  Service is horrible. Pillows are synthetic very uncomfortable. Bathtub never cleaned somebody else left Hair from wherever you can see clearly I didn’t take a shower. No shower caps, No slippers, no bath robe. Breakfast , Spinach and eggs was burned and as you can see forks and knives are plastic that’s ridiculous. I paid $160 a night. I would not recommend. Receptions are so rude

  Very nice hotel. We had a room with a king size bed which overlooked the strip. We could see the Sphere and Strat. Next to the room was a sitting area with a sofa, large TV, refrigerator, table. A door separated the 2 rooms. We received tickets for complementary drinks and snacks to be used between 5:30 and 7:00 pm. It was very nice. Breakfast was really nice with an omelet station which was the best part of the breakfast. The rest of the food options was great too. Just be careful, breakfast ends at 9 am and the line for the omelet station was long and not moving very fast, so don't arrive late. Even the rest of the food and drinks was low a bit before 9. The location is a bit far to walk to the strip, perhaps 25 minutes. The parking lot is not free, but you can go in and out. All in all, a very nice place that we'd be happy to go back to.
