I would not book and pay thousands of dollars for the Presidential Suite weeks in advance, then fly my family more than 1,000 miles across the country, only to be told at check-in that we cannot have the room we reserved AND paid for. After a five-hour flight, our family was rudely turned away from the Presidential Suite because the guest staying before us “extended their stay.” That is unacceptable. Why would the hotel give away a fully paid reservation simply because someone else decided they wanted to stay longer? If the prior guest needed to extend, the hotel should have relocated them, not the family arriving for a confirmed, prepaid suite. Yes, staff apologized and gave us a discount, and they moved us to another room on the same floor with a balcony but that is not what we booked, and it does not make this right. This was a major disruption to our trip and a serious failure in reservation management. I would not recommend booking a premium suite here if the hotel will not honor confirmed reservations.

The hotel did not meet expectations at all. The photos and description online are misleading and do not reflect reality. The room was old and poorly cleaned — dust, dirt, unpleasant smell, mold in the bathroom, and worn-out furniture. The worst part was the check-in process. We arrived with children only 30 minutes early, expecting to check in at 4:00 PM, as clearly stated in their policy (which is standard everywhere). Instead, we were forced to wait over an hour at the reception with kids. The staff explained this by saying they were short on housekeeping staff. This excuse makes no sense, considering the hotel had 5 full hours (from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM) to clean and prepare the room. The front desk staff was indifferent and showed no real concern or apology for the inconvenience. The air conditioning barely worked, soundproofing was terrible, and getting proper rest was impossible. Breakfast was very basic and low quality. The price is absolutely not justified by the service provided. A complete waste of money and nerves. We will not return and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We spent four nights at the hotel. The location of this hotel is good. You can go around town within 10-15 minutes drive or Uber everywhere. There are McDonald's, 7-Eleven and gas station next to the hotel. Very convenient. The room is spacious with a dining table, small kitchen with microwave and a coffee machine, a sofa set and a good size of bedroom. There is a door between the bedroom and living room. I normally sleep early and my husband can play video games in the living room without bothering me. In the morning, I can sit in the sofa to do some work without bothering my husband sleeping. We both enjoy our space perfectly. There is free breakfast buffet every morning with limited options. My husband ate the breakfast two days and already get tired of it. I recommend you to go early. There is very crowded after 8am. You may have long wait for eggs and toaster. The free cocktail was great. Every evening from 5:30 to 7pm. The service was good. The cocktail has so many selections. From beer, wine, vodka, whiskey to brandy. Very good bar. Very good environment. I like the 24 hours fitness center. I have been working out everyday there. I went to there early morning and after dinner. I only seen two people were there. It was very quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool and jacuzzi open from 6am to midnight everyday all year around. From 10pm to midnight is adult hours. There are few things very bad in this area. There is no diving sign on the wall but no one pay attention to it. I have seen people jump into the water all the time. The facility is extremely dirty. I have seen the cleaning lady went into the area without cleaning it. The bathroom sink, floor and everywhere around the pool are dirty. There was two underwears next to the pool on the floor for four days without anyone care about it. There was bandages and used papers everywhere. There was lose screws on the handrail. I almost fell because of it. It was extremely dangerous. I had a rental car parked at the hotel for one night. The overnight parking fee is $18 per night. The parking lot is big and convenience. However, the machine in front of the parking lot is very difficult to understand. You have to put your room key under the machine to get the gate open. We spent half an hour to figure it out. The other important thing is I only need to park my car for one night. They automatically charge me for four nights. Luckily, I went to the reception to tell them to check my account to confirm the charge. Otherwise, I would have to over pay the parking fee.

Pros: Nice breakfast, self serve, free with our room rate. Buffet with scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, coffee, pancakes, toast, yogurt and fresh made omelets to order (the line was a mile long so we didn't wait though). I got 2 free drinks at the bar each night for happy hour starting at 5:30pm It's the well stuff, but still a great deal considering how expensive things are. Also nice munchies, salty snacks and vegetable platters. Very spacious room, with separate living room and bedroom with door. Heat/Air worked perfectly. Was there last week of Dec. 2025, freezing outside, but room nice and warm. Room safe was not working, called front desk, in less than 5 min, maintenance showed up, replaced safe very quickly, appreciated that. Great location, only 10 min walk to convention center to take monorail to the strip. Areas of improvement: -Customer service: girl at check in was not pleasant at all. Not a smile, not a "Welcome to Embassy Suites", just an ice cold reception. I even tried to crack a dad joke, nothing. Did not feel welcomed at all. African American lady at bar was also ICE COLD. Did not greet us, again, PEOPLE DO NOT MAKE YOU FEEL like they appreciate you here. Very harsh tone, again, no smiles, nothing. Just one word answers when we asked about drinks, menu, happy hour. We got there 30 min before we can use our happy hour coupon, she did not even offer to pour us something while we waited. Rude. -Room: Pillows SUCK! They are little half sized squares with zero support or comfort. They are literally throw away pillows. Made sleep uncomfortable. Room is run down: top molding of outside window was peeling off, made room look cheap. Carpet where bedroom meets living room was chewed up. Corners of bathroom baseboards peeling, shower curtain had some slight mold on top and very cheap, thin as paper shower curtain. Baseboard in front of bathroom sink water damaged, needs replacement. Overall room felt like it needs major remod. Most likely will not stay here again unless items are addressed, especially the customer service.
