Stayed at the Embassy Suites Convention Center this past week. The breakfast staff were friendly and the daily breakfast was great. The rooms however were not so great. Our main concern was the mold in our bathroom (pictures attached). As well as water damage all throughout the bathroom. Most likely because of no fan found in bathroom. The sofa and chairs on day of check in were covered in hair and dirt. The location is convenient and parking is secure in the back lot of hotel.

We had a great week here at the Embassy Suites hotel. Fast friendly service staff, good comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast each morning! I have 1 small complaint. Why is the bacon not accessible next to the scrambled eggs & potatoes like all of the other Embassy Suites? The eggs to order line was huge on most mornings so waiting in that long line for just bacon seemed ridiculous.

Rooms were a little off and outdated. Bathroom was gross, no ventilation and housekeeping was spotty. I wanted off strip convenience and got it. Neighborhood was sketchy, but property was secure. Staff was very friendly. Gym was FANTASTIC. Big selling point for me. Food and drink on site.

BEST hotel in Las Vegas. We find the staff friendly at the front desk. The pool is nice and the breakfast is nice as well with limited varieties. The room its self is clean and was a nice relaxing stuff. It's suit ,with 2 TV along with all required emnities. Look like small 1BHK villa. One day internet problem.

As a Diamond member of Hilton Honors, I stay at lots of Hilton properties more than 200 nights per year. This hotel has been OK, but the room is not great. It could be, but apparently employees are not noticing problems in the room when they service it. For one, a lampshade is kind if broken so it sits on the lamp at a 45 degree angle, the spout on the tub is coming off of the wall, the toilet paper hangar is falling off of the wall, the bar in the wardrobe to hang clothes from is not the proper bar, but a cut-to-length copper pipe that does not fit in the holders so if you bump it, all of your clothes and hangars cone crashing down, and finally, the bathroom water takes 5 to 10 minutes to get hot. Otherwise, the hotel has been good. The staff dealing with breakfast are all great (the food is good, including omelettes), the bartenders are nice (get 2 free drinks per adult per night at the manager's social), and one of the front desk staff saved me a bunch of money by giving me some advice. Also, Pro Tip: if you want more drinks, when you reserve your room tell the hotel you have the maximum occupancy for that room as adults, even of you are alone (get a 2 queen bed room but tell them 4 adults are checking in) and they will write down 2 free drinks per night per adult. Pre-game for free. Note that if you want something from the pantry in the lobby (drinks or snacks) but you do not want to pay $8 for an energy drink, at the end of the front parking lot is a Speedee Mart convenience store that is about 80 yards from the hotel front door. I bought two energy drinks for $5.50. FYI.
