Our fight was canceled and we needed a room quickly and late at night.. as an IHG member I found this place and use points and I could not be happier we got the best night's sleep that we had in Vegas. The stuff was so helpful and really friendly.
I was able to do a free load of laundry and come home with clean clothes. It was very close to the airport which was really helpful because we hadn't planned for an extra day in Las Vegas.

Check in went smoothly, the front desk person was pretty nice and was friendly. The room was very big and had everything I needed for a quick one day stay. Dishwasher, stovetop, fridge, dishes, pots, pans, cups, plates, ice maker in the freezer... lol
Bed was super comfy, i slept pretty darn good. The hotel is obviously close to the airport, so you're gonna hear some airport noise. Aside from that, one of the biggest cons was the 20 dollar a night parking for my rental car. I didn't like that at all. I didnt use the pool, but it looks nice. Hotel has a fitness room, it looked nice from when i walked past it. The strip is kinda far away, so no walking unless you're daring. Noise at night was 3/5'ish, i always bring earplugs so i was dandy. Hope this review helps.

Candlewood Suites is a nice place overall the rooms are comfortable, and I appreciate that they have Tesla chargers available. Like any Tesla charger, there’s a fee per kilowatt, which is fine.
However, the management here is a mess, to say the least, and definitely not very customer-service oriented. I had checked out earlier in the day, ran a couple of errands, and realized I needed to charge my car, so I returned to the hotel I had just stayed at and hooked up to one of their chargers. I was actively paying for the electricity used.
A staff member eventually came out, circled my car a few times, and then told me I wasn’t a guest and therefore wasn’t supposed to use the chargers. But I was a guest earlier that same morning, and nowhere around the charging stations does it clearly say “for guests only.” The whole interaction felt unnecessary and almost like profiling.
This experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. Between the unclear policies and poor management, I honestly would choose to stay somewhere else—Motel 6, for example—before I ever return here. It’s unfortunate because the location itself is nice, but the management completely undermines the experience.

I have stayed here before for just one or two nights, but this time I had to stay for six days. The rooms are nice and clean; my only big disappointment was that even though it's listed on the paper to let them know about room service 24 hours ahead, which I did; when I came back from work expecting a clean room with towels, nothing was done... that was Tuesday, then I had to go and talk to the guy at the front desk, and I thought it wasn't a big deal... just put a request for tomorrow... to my surprise, I got back and no service was done. Once again, I went and talked to the housekeeping manager, (not the general manager) and I asked her what was going on, why my room wasn't cleaned when I requested the service, and the first thing she tried to say was, "Did you request housekeeping within 24 hours?" I was like yes more than that, and her answer was simple... I don't know what happened!!! I was like who knows you are the manager, this is not ok... it's the second time I have to ask for room service... she offered to clean my room that day, I denied the service. I said no, I need to sleep and I don't need towels, I already went and got some myself... bad experience.
