  I booked a one king bed suite with kitchen, because I had a bunch of groceries, I intended to cook, including some very expensive salmon. We checked in last night, and the first thing we noticed was that the room smelled like urine. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms with kitchens available, so we sucked it up. The next thing we noticed, as I was loading my food into the fridge, was that the fridge was not working. I pulled this gross dusty fridge out of its place to find that it was not plugged in. after plugging it in and turning up the cooling, it was clear that this fridge still did not work. I called the front desk and they had maintenance come, who inspected the fridge, brought a replacement, claimed it was working, and left. After this, we realized that the kitchen was very meagerly stocked, with only one fork with very bent tines. We requested another fork, but only received a plastic fork. Today, I noticed (with my typically insensitive nose) that a horrendous stench was exuding from the fridge. It became evident that my glorious salmon was no more, and all my other food had also rotted. We just went to the front desk to report this issue, and receives no apology or offer of compensation. We were asked to fully repack all of our belongings, take them to the front desk, receive a new room key, and then move into our new room. We also returned to our room to find that running the dishwasher had transformed our sink into a geyser, which threatened to flood the unit. We are now almost complete in our packing, and we will update this review with the rest of our adventure in this "best" western in our new room. I would suggest they rename to "Worst Western Minus" for accuracy reasons. ... Eventually we were offered a percentage discount on our lost food and also a price reduction for our inoperable/downgraded room. Capitalone travel (who we booked through) was also kind enough to provide $50 credit for future bookings

  This was a quiet spot tucked away in a plaza. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and they have rooms with three beds (2 and a sofa bed). The breakfast had bacon, sausage, eggs, a yogurt machine, coffee and juice dispensers, and some bread items. The area around the hotel was neat and well kept also.

  Had a big hole in the wall in the bathroom from not having vent cover. The shower was really hard to turn on. The bed was very hard and lumpy made for a Restless night. The breakfast was one of the worst breakfast I've had in the past year at staying at motels for work. The eggs were wet slimy. The sausage didn't even taste like sausage had to be one of the cheapest sausage you could get in the store. I do not recommend this motel at all.

  Loved this location! Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful.The best part was the complimentary breakfast! Warm real food items and cafeteria was very clean as well . Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Plenty of parking. Lots of food restaurants around .
