  I had a very disappointing experience at this property. When I tried to leave my luggage before check-out, the staff told me there was no storage available. However, I personally saw other white guests being allowed to store their bags without any issue. This felt extremely discriminatory and unfair, especially considering that all guests pay the same rate. Such unequal service is unacceptable. The room conditions were also poor. The heater barely worked, and when it did, it made extremely loud noises. It was very cold and uncomfortable. There was also a musty smell in the bathroom, and small flies kept coming up from the sink drain. After leaving the hotel, I realized I had left an item behind. I tried contacting the front desk multiple times, but it was very difficult to reach anyone. When I finally got a response, they simply said the cleaning staff “didn’t find anything.” Although it was my mistake to leave the item behind, I believe the hotel failing to locate anything inside the room is highly questionable and shows poor management. I will not be staying here again, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  The hotel is very well located, right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, which is definitely a plus. However, noise was a significant issue. My room was on the first floor and I could hear doors slamming, noise from neighboring rooms, and people walking upstairs, so getting good rest was difficult — and that was important to me during my trip. I appreciated the location, but I think the hotel could improve noise control to provide a better guest experience.

  The only good thing is that it's on the vegas strip and you can access everything as it's just walking distance away from all major attractions. Plus parking was free. Otherwise outdated and small rooms. Pictures on the google are quite deceiving and probably from another best western hotel.

  Un hôtel vieillissant, des chambres qui auraient besoin d'une rénovation complète, mais un emplacement parfait pour le prix ! il y a aussi un parking gratuit, c'est ce détail qui nous a fait choisir cet hôtel. Il n'y a aussi pas de frais cachés comme on peut retrouver dans la plupart des hôtels du strip. Nous avons pu poser la voiture et tout réaliser à pied. ( sur le strip ). Le check in a été rapide et efficace. ( lobby dans le casino )

  A Needle in a haystack!!! I don’t understand why this hotel is not a five star!!!! Everything about this HOTEL was PERFECT!!!! Location gets no better…The staff were very pleasant. It was my birthday,Thanksgiving and wedding anniversary. They accommodated us and allowed us to check in at noon when we arrived. Which made everything so much better, easier and faster..Everyone was very friendly. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable the pillows were comfortable. We had an empty refrigerator, which was perfect for us to fill-up with what we wanted. Instead of going to an expensive hotel, getting thirsty and touching it and having them charge it to your room for a dollar bottle of water from Walgreens they charge $10 a bottle in the fridge….We were originally booked for the mandolin Bay until we read the FINE PRINT 2 days before leaving we were able to cancel and book this GEM after all the fees for the amount of days we were there. It was almost $1000. BEST WESTERN ROYAL HAS NO HOTEL FEE!!!! The Luxury hotels if you like and don’t mind walking a lot just to get to your room or other amenities. Everything is far!!!! Best western casino royal hotel has everything right in the middle of the strip…no Uber is needed and if you do, it’s at the back of the hotel by Harrahs.. Smoking there’s a fire escape smoking area on every floor by the hallway. Fat Tuesday’s is right downstairs. White castle is right downstairs subway, Walgreens, Dennys, McDonald’s right downstairs!! Best hotel I ever booked! We will stay here every year when we come visit Vegas. thank you to Staff and management that took care of us so quickly from asking about extra coffee cup or a extra pillow . We were given anything in less then 3 minutes… Manager at The front forgot his name went above and beyond. I know he will remember me because we caught a apple at the wizard of oz :} and I let him see it lol he told me he seen Michael Jackson one show over five times lol but I would too, its the best show in Vegas!!!! Don’t think about booking this hotel just do it. You won’t regret it. It’s really a gem!! Happy Holidays to everyone at Best Western Casino Royal :}
