  Le déjeuner continental était super! Il y avait du bacon des œuf des pommes des gaufre des beagel des toast tous les accoter des céréales et j’en passe! Les lits confortable et le personnel était très gentil. À côté de l’aéroport et la navette gratuite. Il y a aussi un restaurant juste à côté mexicain super abordable et très bon.

  I had a great stay at Best Western McCarran Inn.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast was pretty good and was it was nice to have a warm meal. Check-in was quick and easy, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around the area. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

  Clean room, elevator was broken so instead of a suite on the 3rd floor, we took a first floor room. Much smaller but we only needed the room for 1 day before flying out. Close to airport with a free shuttle was convenient. We weren’t there in the morning for breakfast, but it was provided.

  I checked in on 01 March 2026 at around 13:00 and, while waiting in the reception area, I witnessed an incident that left a profoundly negative impression of the hotel’s culture. An elderly woman, likely in her seventies and visibly mobility‑impaired, arrived after what she said had been a three‑hour car journey. She politely asked the reception staff if she could use a restroom. Instead of showing even the most basic compassion, the two receptionists refused, stating that the staff facilities were on the third floor, the lift was out of order, and that she was not permitted to use them. The woman pleaded with them, explaining frankly that at her age she simply could not hold her bladder any longer. Despite this, the staff dismissed her request and ultimately chased her away with a level of rudeness I found deeply unsettling. I am from South Africa, where we are taught to respect older people — even when they may be difficult — and to show compassion wherever possible. What I witnessed was the exact opposite. What made the situation even more frustrating was how easily it could have been handled differently. The staff could have assisted her upstairs, or simply opened an unoccupied ground‑floor room for her to use briefly. Small acts of kindness cost nothing, yet they chose indifference instead. This incident demonstrates a serious cultural issue at this hotel. A hospitality business that lacks empathy, especially for elderly and vulnerable people, needs urgent reflection and corrective action.

  Staff is excellent, they are all so kind and helpful. Facilities are clean and well stocked, if a little dated. The beds and carpets could use an upgrade. Absolutely love the toiletries provided, and the breakfast was very good! Used the laundry facility as well, with no issues. Was initially disappointed to hear the elevator wasn't working, but the staff took care of us and moved us to the first floor. We really appreciate the free parking. Would recommend to others, and stay again in the future!
