Hosted a meet and greet with Henderson elected officials and every detail was perfect. Audio, sound, room set up and refreshments were all set exactly to specifications and supported by multiple staff members that checked on us throughout the event. Thank you Lezlie and Amilana!

Stay at the Westin or anywhere else! The front desk workers were so rude and didn’t even try to be accommodating or be helpful. There was a sewage leak and it smelled horrendous the whole time. I’m sure it is a health code violation and they should be shut down. It was so bad. And never got fixed just got worse. The rooms are disgusting and have mold on the shower heads.

OMG the rooms are actually so filthy its disgusting. I walked in and found pieces of food or something and long black hairs all over the bathroom floor. Guessing they vacuum never...DO NOT STAY HERE! Drive and spend your money somewhere else!!! There isn't any good food nearby so anything you need is such an ordeal to get.

The hotel was nice, the room was clean with a beautiful view, the front desk was excellent as well as all the staff we encountered. The spa should be avoided. The treatment room was freezing, no heated bed, mediocre massage all not worth the cost of the expensive service. I reported the issue but they were not able to heat the room which ruined the experience. It was not relaxing or enjoyable. The staff was pleasant though. I do not recommend using the spa for any services.

This was my first time visiting Lake Las Vegas and the Hilton was also hosting the competition we were attending. Upon entry, I loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere, but was met with a pungent sewage odor that smacked me in the face and sickened
My stomach. Thankfully, this was a fluke according to the front desk manager and the rooms were scent free! The rooms were spacious and very nicely decorated and the bathroom
Was very spacious with standing shower, bathtub and closed off toilet. We received excellent service and the food was great. I think if we came in the spring or summer, we would have had an even better experience given the pool was closed and some of the local shops and restaurants were closed
As well. I would recommend staying wy the Hilton if you're planning to visit Lake Las Vegas.
