Good place to stay if just passing through. Sunset Station Casino walking distance. Easy on and off the freeway. Normal HGI restaurant. Way south of the strip which can be good.

Booked the room via booking.com and got a confirmation. When arrived, it turned out, that they decided to resell the room, thus silently cancelled my reservation in their system (but not in booking.com) and now they are fully booked and no available rooms. The guy in reception claimed the reason - failed card transaction. But same card worked fine before and worked fine after in another nearby hotel. Worst hotel experience ever!

I’m beyond disappointed in this Hilton. I’ve been a regular guest for over a year and have always had smooth, contactless stays. I book through the app, check in the day before, confirm my saved payment info, pick my room, and get my digital key, all without ever needing to visit the front desk.
This time, however, my digital key wouldn’t load, so I had to go to the desk, only the second time ever, I’ve had to do that here. And that’s where everything went downhill.
The first staff member I spoke with flat-out lied to my face, saying I wasn’t checked in, even as I was literally showing him my check-in confirmation email. Then the so-called manager came out, and his attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I honestly expected him to resolve things, but instead, he made it worse.
He told me they’d given my reserved room to a Diamond member, so I’d need to be moved to another one. Frustrating, but fine, I was willing to roll with it. But then he demanded the card on file. I explained that it was a virtual card, a safety feature I’ve always used with no issue. His response? “Well then I can cancel your reservation.” And he actually did.
I was stunned. I walked out, immediately called Hilton corporate, and filed a formal complaint against the manager and his worker. It’s now been over a week and I haven’t heard a word back.
At this point, I think it’s only fair to share my experience publicly, because Hilton has done nothing to make this right. For a brand that prides itself on loyalty and service, this location completely missed the mark. Do better.

They ripped off a bunch of families. We had a cheer competition in Henderson for November. The group running the competition abruptly canceled it. The hotel is refusing to issue refunds to the 20+ families that made reservations. Note we canceled 2 weeks prior to the stay. Complete greed with Hilton. Here’s the confirmation emails that we were sent, that say we have until November 12th to cancel. So when the hotel says there’s a contract, no parents saw or had any knowledge of, they are refusing to share it with the parents that booked the rooms. Next step is Nevada Attorney Generals Office to file a compliant.

Would not recommend. We called requested the 3rd floor. Were told we had the 3rd floor. Then we did digital check in 24 hours before and secured our rooms on the 3rd floor. Right before we hit the room (7 hrs before checkin) and our rooms were gone. I called and they said they could do nothing for us we were now on the 1st floor. Horrible. Rude customer service. Did nothing to make up for it. Couldn’t get us on the 2nd floor. Didn’t care at all, didn’t say sorry. Didn’t give explanation. There are 2 other great hotels within walking distance, I’d stay there.
