    Very nice rooms and friendly Staff we were checked in Late around 3am and our Samoan Friend at the counter was very helpful I was too tired to remember her name, Thank you!! The breakfast buffet was Awesome , just wanna say thank you to Benjamin for an A+ service.

    Dishonest business practices. Oversells rooms and tries to downgrade without informing or offering a discount. Booked a room 3 days prior to my stay. Upon arrival, check-in took longer than typical after I was unable to check in online. (For context, I'm a Hilton Diamond member who regularly spends 75-100 nights per year at Hilton properties and am familiar with the process and properties.) After it taking some time at the counter, I made a comment that this normally happens when they've sold my room out from under me. This was correct. I had booked a 1 bedroom king suite. They had apparently oversold the room and decided at check-in to switch me to a junior suite without sharing that detail with me or offering a discount. Post check-in, I went to dinner prior to going to my return. When I discovered the fraud, I returned to the front desk to inquire regarding the situation. I was informed that I was in fact in a suite. I agreed, it was a suite, but not a full suite. The desk clerk confirmed that it was in fact a junior suite. Another clerk approached and offered me points or a free night, but not for the room I had paid for. Again, as someone who has spent hundreds of nights at Hilton properties, the performance and ethics of this particular hotel are deplorable. I'm not someone who typically leaves reviews, check my profile, however I will not tolerate this kind of deliberate and intentional fraud. You have been warned.
