Rooms towards the front of the hotel are highly subject to a lot of road noise. There is a fantastic ramen shop in the same area and the bar isn't bad if you don't mind the smoke.

To make things worse I had bed bug bites appear two days later, I took pictures and videos of it all, I emailed corporate and Amanda winkles the manager at the hotel and no response, I feel like they didn't take my complaint serious at all, all they could offer was a free night stay in the future which they didn’t even tell me how to redeem that ,my stay there was all around a bad experience, avoid this hotel.
