- AAAmyFeb 3, 20261.0NEVER AGAIN will I ever stay at this location! I booked this hotel for our anniversary and it was SO disappointing. We arrived January 29th 2026 the water was shut off but we check in anyways because they said the water would be back on shortly we get our room and the 1st room we where given was not the room we booked!! I booked a king suite room walked into a standard king room went to front dest and the lady was rude and said "well the room you booked isn't even available "I asked how is that possible when thats what i picked and what i booked! she said you booked online and the reservation shows up on her side (the hotel computer)as a regular room. I pulled out my phone showed her the reservation and the booking, where it showed.I did in fact book a king suite and then she finally gave me a room CLOSE TO what I booked but was definitely not what i booked!!! we put our stuff away go out for dinner because the water is still not on assuming by the time we get back, the water would be back on. When we arrive back to the hotel the water was back on but NO HOT WATER!!!!! I called the front desk to ask what was going on with the water and git the same story "where working on it"and that they would take my room number and name and would give it to the manager for a discount. WE STILL had to go to bed without showering!!!!!! After traveling and running around Vegas I was looking forward to my shower i call the front desk and ask why is there no hot water all the lady said is they are working on it. Next day now Friday STILL NO HOT WATER! We go down for breakfast and that was horrible watery eggs over cooked bacon Brown bananas that looked so bad you wonder why they would even bother putting them out .After trying to eat our breakfast we asked when we would have hot water they couldn't give a time only im sorry where working on it. It was past NOON before any hot water was available that's half the day waisted waiting to just take a shower. They said they would offer me a discount because of the problems we had. When we checked out they said the discount would take 7 to 10 business days before I see any discount/refund of any kind Save your time avoid this hotel
