- DHDarin Holbrook1 day ago4.0Met all expectations. Nothing super special. The morning breakfast can get busy so get there early or risk not getting good food. The pillows were pretty bad. Usually hotel pillows are elite and this was not the case. It felt like a bunch of ropes knotted up around a pillow case. Very odd.
- DCD CSDec 29, 20253.0Staff is very friendly. Great if you want a king size bed room, but forget it if you are staying several days and want a double queen. All those rooms are small, have no seating other than desk chair. Also they pass off rooms as accessible when they really aren't. We've stayed here several times but the smallness of the double queens and lack of true accessible rooms has made us decide to stay elsewhere next time.

After complaining about the barking from the room next door the front desk moved us to a no dog room in the main building with my dog and it was a good night! The front desk employees were very nice and friendly.
- KGKathy GNov 25, 20253.0Too high of price by booking directly through Best Western. Staying at a higher rated hotel on the strip using a 3rd party would've been less expensive during our stay. This facility has a nice room size with refrig, microwave, small table and a closet. Very clean room with typical wear. Comfy beds. Awoken at 5 am by people above us rolling their suitcases. Area was quiet at night. Pool was closed for the season and we didn't try the fitness room. Parking lot needs more lighting as hauling bags to the nearest entrance took us around the outdoor pool in the dark evening, then up 2 flights of stairs. The access street to this location was very pot holed and looked Iike a concerning neighborhood at night. We didn't have problems but posted signs clearly indicate you park at your own risk. Breakfast had aweful coffee and was overall subpar to other Best Westerns I've stayed at. Staff was great at keeping the breakfast area clean. Staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful.
