  La gente que atiende ahí es muy grosera e incluso siento que hasta poco racistas, dejé mis AirPods en la habitación y nunca me los devolvieron ni atendieron, vi un pleito entre ellos en el desayuno así que el hotel muy bien pero su personal pésimo al menos las de front desk

  This was another work trip, and this hotel serves it's purpose. There were so plumbing issues, they didn't get a shipment for food, and I had been working a twelve hour shift and there wasn't anything to eat. The staff did take wonderful care of me and overall it was a nice stay. The area isn't the best. I was not impressed by any of the restaurants but the one outside of the hotel. The wine bar had amazing food and a great chef, and staff.

  I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a very unpleasant and unsafe stay at one of your IHG-affiliated hotels. Our experience over the three days we stayed there was unacceptable, and we are requesting a full refund for all three nights. First and most concerning, the room door did not close properly. When we returned to the room, we were able to push the door open without using a key. This represents a serious safety and security issue. We did not feel safe staying in the room, and this alone should warrant immediate attention. In addition, the staff was rude and unhelpful when we raised concerns. One of the negative reviews we later saw was absolutely accurate — this hotel is not safe, and the service is poor. We were also charged $150 to our card for an alleged “mark on a sheet.” What is especially troubling is that the hotel first refunded our deposit and then charged the $150 without notifying us or providing any explanation. I called the hotel four times to explain the situation and ask for clarification, but each time I was told the charge could not be refunded, without any proper investigation or documentation. On top of these issues, the hotel was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear people talking and arguing outside our room, as well as constant footsteps from the hallway and upstairs, making it very difficult to rest. Due to the safety concerns, unexpected charges, poor service, and noise, this stay did not meet the standards we expect from an IHG property. We therefore respectfully request a full refund for all three days of our stay, including the $150 charge. We hope IHG will take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly. We look forward to your response and a fair resolution.

  The hotel looks fairly new, and the interior felt clean and well-designed. From higher floors, the night view of Vegas / Henderson from certain angles was nice. The area itself was quiet, which I appreciated. I saw some reviews describing the neighborhood as “sketchy” or “unsafe,” but that wasn’t my experience at all. Yes, there are some older houses nearby, but I don’t think that automatically means the area is unsafe. I stayed for 3 nights and had zero issues. Parking was free, right next to the building, and there were plenty of spots — a big plus. Overall, it was nice to stay somewhere calm and away from the Strip, but still only about a 20-minute drive to Vegas. There’s a laundry room available (paid). Breakfast was more basic compared to other hotels in the same chain — no waffles or pancakes. But one thing I really appreciated is that they don’t use disposable plates, forks, or cups for breakfast (except disposable cups for drinks). You can’t take food back to your room, which might be a downside for some people, but personally I liked that they weren’t going crazy with single-use items. Coming from a background where excessive disposable use always felt uncomfortable, this was a big plus for me. I know it probably means more work for dishwashing, but I really appreciated the effort. Staff were friendly, the hotel felt clean, and the overall experience was very pleasant. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay that’s still close enough to Vegas, I’d definitely recommend it.
