  We have stayed here about 4-5 different times in the last 8 months and none of our stays have been really good, the last time was 03-01-26. No toilet paper, TV again just like the last 3 times didn’t work, the shower heads are bad and this time horrible if you can even get the water turned on in the shower. Room phone barely worked… I let the desk attendant know when we left what had happen and that we would not be returning! Our son and his family live here and we make a trip over to visit very often but will be finding a new hotel to stay at when needed from now on!

  More electrical outlets for charging would be helpful. Otherwise, this hotel caters to industrial workers who value a good night's sleep. The clientele they attract is quiet and respectful. Full hot breakfast. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.

  Don't do it. The room was not clean, the ac was filthy , the filter was gross. The microwave wasn't clean either. The walls had a lot of chipped paint and were dirty. The fridge ran all night and froze my food . No knob to change the temperature. Don't get me started on the sheets. $140, such a huge rip off. The grounds need cleaning up, the whole place needs an upgrade. Best Western has gone way downhill. Ill Never stay again

  Stayed here 2 wks ago so when my MIL was put on end of life care I thought we should stay here again. On our 10 hour drive here she took a turn for the worse so we went straight to the hospital and ended up staying there the 1st night. I tried calling no answer I called again the next day, new years day, no answer. When I finally got here around 830pm new years day I asked if I could change my start day to that day and just extend the check out day. Wasn't asking for any money back or anything. Explained the situation. I was told I was already checked in for the day b4 because I no call no showed. Told them I did call 2 times and no one answered. That didn't matter i was told there was nothing they could do about it. My MIL has now gone home to heaven and I will never stay at this place again. We come once a year but we'll definitely will find some where else to stay. The cook Kandie is awesome tho. To respond; my husband's number is the 1 associated with it I called from my number

  Jacqueline and Shayla were amazing. Apologies if I didn't spell that right. Top-tier customer service. These ladies truly care, and it shows.
