Beware of this hotel, highly suspect the front desk staff try to run scams and credit card frauds. I checked in December 30th for one night, everything was fine and normal. Then woke up next day to a note left on my room saying there was a billing issue, even though the authorization transaction was displaying on my bank account. Lady at front desk also didn't know exactly what was going on and called another front desk person who proceeded to tell me that their computer glitched out and it didn't save my card information, though the young woman who checked me in the previous night even asked if I was paying with the same card I used to make the reservation on the IHG APP. So this front desk agent asks me if they could run the card again, just to have it on file, promising they wouldn't run it again, though I saw on the pin pad they tried to run it again, and seeing a double charge, obviously my card didn't go through the second time because my bank has that security feature. Then she apologised and said 'let me try something else' and then I run my card to just save the information, and she thanks me, apologizing to their error. I wake up today, January 1st to them attempting to charge my card 5 DIFFERENT TIMES, all declined of course for security reasons and for a different price than I originally booked for, a day after I had checked out. Seriously consider booking somewhere else or take safety precautions with your billing information.

Updated rooms with premium linens and double vanities. Beds are amazing. Relatively quiet. Great value for the money. The indoorpool/spa is adjacent to the front lobby which made relaxing unattractive due to being in view of every guest that checks in and gawks through the glass room divider. I gave service 4 stars because the continental breakfast was extremely good, but when I was checking out I asked the woman at the desk about the Hilton Rewards program and she said “I don't know”. I asked if I could join online and she said “I think so”. It was odd because there was an advertisement on a whiteboard next to the front desk with info about Hilton Rewards with a note saying “Ask any staff member “. I expect better from this well-known brand. Overall, I will return again - but I won’t be hot-tubbing. The pros outweigh the cons.

Overall great stay. Room was very comfortable and clean. AC worked well and staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue was after the first night, I had no cold water in the room which made showering and teeth brushing a unique experience. Apparently there were plumbers in doing some work and may have shut the water off. Let the front desk know so that they could get the issue fixed before the next guest wouldn't be impacted.
