  The staff was amazing when we stayed. I called ahead for a ground floor room. The lady answered and accommodated me. Then when I arrived she remembered. Great customer service. Then the breakfast attendant handed out bottles of water and brought out extra toppings for our waffles. Best stay in a while

  Room was clean and decent location.. Office type chair in room was broken. AC didn't work properly. Pretty warm in room all night. I like to be cold when I sleep. May get more cooling in room if I opened the fridge. At least it's not hot outside

  Check. In was horrible experience, front desk was a young lady with a bit of an attitude. Hotel not very busy and charged me $30 early check in fee after 29 hours of travel delays and being stuck in airports due to weather just so I could finally rest and get sleep.

  This was double the price of similar motels/hotels but still not very expensive. ~$170 for a double. Everything worked but wasn't the greatest. For example, The shower worked, but the pressure and direction couldn't be adjusted. At the MyValue hotel the night before and a day away the shower was nicer and the cost cheaper. All things were like this, functional, usually clean, but not as nice as the price demands.

  While the staff at the Best Western Fallon Inn & Suites—including Purla and Ruth—were excellent, professional, and genuinely tried to assist with our concerns (offering a move which we declined...we were already unpacked and did not know the tub and mirror were broken), the room itself was definitely substandard. As regular Best Western customers who typically rely on the brand for good value, the condition of the room and the quality of the breakfast were disappointing. The service remains the clear highlight of this location. Exceptional Staff: The team was the saving grace of our stay. Purla at the front desk was notably lovely and helpful during check-in. Ruth was also very nice upon check-out and proactively apologized for the issues encountered. The breakfast attendant (did not get her name but she had an injured shoulder) was very sweet and greeted all guests warmly. Substandard Room: The bed was fairly comfortable. Our room had several issues: missing night tables (I used the coffee table at the side of my bed - see pic), a non-functional TV, and a broken bathtub plug. The lighting is terrible in the room and the lit mirror above the sink was broken so we could not see to get ready. Being on the bottom floor, we were kept awake by a restless guest pacing back and forth for hours above us. Breakfast Quality: The free breakfast did not meet the usual quality standards we have come to expect from Best Western Plus properties.
