The tomato soup & breadsticks were DELICIOUS! Thank you! What a treat. Also, we always love the great water pressure and lovely showers at Holiday inn express. So refreshing!

When interacting with guests they were always kind and personable. They went out of their way to accommodate, and always greeted you on entry or when leaving. This is not normal these days – I travel extensively and when I see people getting it right, I am reminded that this is how it should be. In, of all places, Elko NV… so, nicely done. The property had small inconveniences but breakfast was on point, the room was serviced daily, and they even served free beer, wine, and soda with a free dinner once weekly. Kudos to management and all involved in those successes. The front desk agents handled complex billing and room swaps with ease. As fire crew, we come back quite tired each evening, therefore the skill and professionalism of a good hotel staff does help us to decompress. I personally enjoyed seeing a team there that was essentially all women. Keep it up, ladies, you are appreciated.
