At the time, nothing was available, but Dottie took the time to call me back as soon as rooms opened up for us. That alone meant a lot after a long day of travel. What really stood out, though, was how kind and welcoming she was to everyone. She truly went out of her way to be accommodating. Customer service like Dottie's is rare these days, and her willingness to go above and beyond genuinely made our trip better.

So often I leave before breakfast even begins, either for travel or work, and I was impressed by the 5-9am breakfast hours offered 7 days a week! High showerhead, plenty of hot water, good water pressure. The window in our room even opened (first floor). They had a good variety of breakfast foods, including dairy-free milk and gluten-free bread. The eggs weren't great quality the day we were there, but may be better on a busier morning. Quiet and clean room with pleasant staff. Would stay again.
