  Room was clean and comfortable. The building and rooms are slightly outdated. However, the rooms have features most brand new hotels do not have. First, the bathroom has an exhaust fan. Second, you are able to stream from your phone or tablet to the TV natively. Streaming is a built in feature which I really appreciate.

  This hotel used to be decorated nicely for Christmas in the past. Now, there is just a tree in the lobby. I miss the old cozy, homey decorations of the past, but the room was comfortable, the free breakfast was good, and the workers were friendly. They have a nice area for dogs too. It's still a nice place to stay!

  Super expensive rooms for barely anything. All the included "benefits" that this place has to offer arent working. Ice machines all down, laundry for guest half steal your money others out of service, the pool room has black mold like substance growing on the ceiling the floor grows mushrooms because the ventilation in the pool room doesnt work, pool ceiling and walls are falling apart and warping, fiber glass fell into the pool and wasn't drained. Carpets are dirty and stained, bed sheets and pillow cases are stained and ripped. There's always trash and old food behind the furniture and corners of the room. Tub finish is peeling off and shower walls are water stained. Other problems not mentioned but are photographed. New maintenance guy (ricco) patches holes with paper so who knows what else isnt getting done properly, yes thats paper (room status report) covering the hole in the wall with drywall over it.   I travel across the country and stop at hotels along the way. I go out of my way to choose hotels with a freezer to accommodate my ice blocks for my coolers. I specifically chose this hotel and the specific room because it had a full size refrigerator/freezer. When I checked in, Jeannie at the front desk was FABULOUS and tried to help throughout my stay. She was the only good thing about my stay. When I got to the room, the internet did not work - on my laptop or my phone and I had work to do that is very difficult to do on a phone screen. I tried to call Jeannie from the room and neither phone worked - dead. I walked back down to talk to Jeannie and she contacted her tech support who said he'd look into it the following morning when he got in - LONG after I was gone. I put all my ice blocks and food in the refrigerator/freezer thinking nothing of it because the light came on when I opened the door. No internet all night and the tv randomly kept shutting itself off all night (and was hanging crooked from the wall) The next morning I started packing my coolers and all the food was warm and my ice blocks thawed. The light worked, but nothing else. So I had to throw out half of my food and had nothing to cool anything with for that day's travel. This resulted me have to take time (which I did not have) to go to the store and get more food, which is an expense I did not plan. When I checked out, I told the morning desk person about all my problems and she wrote them down, but did not knock anything off of my rate. I have not heard anything from the hotel, a manager or anything. I really wanted to like this hotel as the room would have been perfect if things would have worked as expected. Except for Jeannie - who was terrific! - terrible experience. Just terrible.

  Had a little kerfuffle at check-in. This wonderful lady at the desk, Her name was Darlene took care of everything and resolved my problems so I am very respectful and appreciative of her. Thank you Darlene.
