Overall rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Having a kitchen gives additional flexibility if you don't want to eat out. The happy hours that happen on the weekdays are an added benefit. The one downside is the AC/heating which is quite noisy and can make it hard to sleep, but is necessary when it starts getting hot.
