- DLDonna lewis2 days ago5.0I am staying here for a business trip and its been fantastic. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean and inviting. Since we were were part of a group (Kohlteck) we had buffet breakfast each morning. Mai, the waitress was friendly, always smiling and mingled well with visitors. Even the attentiveness of the Manager was noted to make sure food was prompt and continued to make sure no issues and continued to serve. We had a catered supper this evening here that was fantastic! The Chef did an amazing meal... everything was so so good...Mai was there again to serve and assist us again. She was consistent in her personality as she was in the morning. She was kind, attentive, served everyone very well, and was great in mixing in conversation as she served. I would highly recommend for any business trips and meetings. You would not be disappointed. Their service was fantastic and noticed by us all.

Definitely disappointed for the amout we paid for the larger suit. Won't be returning.

Specifically: • Amenities Out of Order: The pool and hot tub—key reasons for our booking—are closed and unusable. • Restaurant Closed: The on-site restaurant is shut down for renovations, leaving us with no dining options on the most popular date of the year. • Lack of Disclosure: I paid full price for a premium experience that is currently non-existent. Had I been warned, I would have booked elsewhere. Instead, our Valentine’s Day plans have been completely ruined by the noise and lack of facilities.

We stayed for many days and drove around nova Scotia every day, seeing so much and then a good sleep before our perfect omelet in the morning while planning our adventure for the day. Staff are so nice. I will be back!
