  Jay Patel, I left the hotel at 936, after heading to reception to get the breakfast voucher, I was told breakfast was not available that day (April 21st) so perhaps you should check with your staff to see what happened, because I can assure you there was no breakfast that day.

  The rooms are basic, like any hotel/motel. Clean and nice to sleep in. Breakfast is “free” when they have it. It’s not available everyday so be mindful of that. The pool and hot tub weren’t open. The restaurant wasn’t open. Honestly, I’d have gone elsewhere had I known there were so many discrepancies between the website and actual location. No hot tub b, no pool, occasional breakfast. Go elsewhere unless you’re willing to suffer without things you’ve paid for

  Book the hotel for my birthday weekend, I especially wanted to use the pool, which it says it one of the amenities of the hotel. I get there and I get told by the front desk attendant that the pool is under renovations and has been for almost a year. To say I was upset is an understatement, because nowhere when booking it, does it say so online. I had a whole photo shoot planned for the pool and that went bust before even walking into the door. My room got a free upgrade but, it still stung a little. The breakfast was really plentiful and filling, well stock.

  I was very disappointed with my stay. At check-in, I found out that I had been assigned a room in the annex outside the main hotel, on the second floor with no elevator. Given the $200 per night rate, the room was below average and certainly not what I expected. I asked to be moved to the main building, but my request was denied. To be fair, both the desk manager and hotel manager were courteous throughout. Unfortunately, courtesy alone did not solve the problem. I was attending a show at the hotel for two days and had a large number of boxes with me, yet no effort was made to accommodate me in a more appropriate room.
