  DO NOT waste your money staying here. Where to start well this place is full of mice, the rooms aren't even cleaned properly, they have thin particle board under the beds so the legs of the beds go through the floor.they gave us breakfast coupon but they didn't give me food.

  This is the most disturbing and disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in. The only positive was, that we laughed hysterically for hours after we read the reviews. The room was rented by a family member for us, I would never stay here again even for free. The reviews are bang on. If you have a car and no other place to stay, sleep in your car.

  My senior parents recently stayed here while visiting. Online, the rooms looked clean and spacious, plus it was within their budget. The bathroom tub was dirty, as well as the shower curtain that only covered half the bathtub to begin with. The towels were small and few in the room (which was an easy fix to call for more). There was an electrical socket hanging out of the wall in the bedroom. The kicker was when my mother's credit card was charged without her consent. At Check in, she paid the full price of her stay plus a $100 deposit. Three minutes after this transaction, the hotel charged her another $150. Upon check out, my parents spoke to the manager to ask about the charge. The manager stated she had sent someone at Best Western a note about the charge, and my mother MAY see a refund IF Best Western decided it was an additional charge. She then told me she had other clients who were "Accidentally double charged much more back in August" and "those clients were STILL waiting in October for a refund." I was incredibly frustrated with the manager, but it's certainly not her fault that Best Western put her in such a bad situation. For the amount of money my parents paid, they could have stayed at a much cleaner and nicer hotel. We have called the credit card company, disputed the fraudulent charges, and a refund has been issued. Watch your credit cards if you decide to stay here, but better yet, stay somewhere else.

  Very disappointed with Best Western for this listing. Over priced during festival season. Room lights not working, windows don't open, no coffee machine, microwave not clean and mold around tub, hole in worn comforter. Hot breakfast option mediocre with no decaf options. Convenient location with a view of the water are best features.

  Misinformation regarding the rooms on the Booking website. All rooms have no windows opening, as a result the air inside the room is stale. Had to change the hotel for another.
